高校校園文化建設(shè)中的德育功能拓展研究

【摘要】：高校校園文化是社會主義先進文化的重要組成部分，是推動先進生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的重要因素，是實現(xiàn)廣大師生員工利益的重要方面，更是大學(xué)生德育教育中一種非常有效的手段和方法。中共中央國務(wù)院于2004年8月在《關(guān)于進一步加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》中指出，要大力加強校園文化建設(shè)，并以此作為加強大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑。高校要加強和改進德育工作，提高其效能，其中一個重要的方面就是要高度重視校園文化建設(shè)，好的校園文化對提升大學(xué)生的德育思想起到重要作用，好的校園文化才能真正對大學(xué)生發(fā)揮德育教育影響。當前，高校大學(xué)生的德育狀況發(fā)生了新的變化，也出現(xiàn)了許多新的情況，在這種變化了的形勢下，高校就如何加強校園文化建設(shè)與大學(xué)生德育思想方面進行了積極的探索和研究，但就二者之間的相互結(jié)合與作用等方面缺乏深入的探索，可供查閱的資料也不多。面對這一情況，加強高校校園文化與德育之間關(guān)系的研究，確定圍繞加強和完善高校德育而抓好校園文化建設(shè)的各項要求，提高校園文化在高校德育中的重要作用，以推動校園文化建設(shè)，，提高德育工作實效，是高校必須認真思考和研究的重要問題。 本文針對高校校園文化建設(shè)中德育功能這一問題，以相關(guān)課題國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及對江西省四所高校部分師生進行的問卷調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)，就高校校園文化建設(shè)下推進德育功能進行了闡述，從校園文化的內(nèi)涵、高校德育的內(nèi)涵、高校校園文化與高校德育的內(nèi)在關(guān)系及高校校園文化在德育中的功能進行了解說，通過對高校校園文化德育狀況的實地考察，并對問卷調(diào)查資料進行綜合分析與歸納，指出目前高校校園文化建設(shè)下推進德育功能的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及引起存在問題的原因分析；在對這些問題與原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合相關(guān)參考文獻及調(diào)研中所獲的資料，提出了加強高校校園文化建設(shè)推進德育發(fā)展的有效途徑，即營造校園文化環(huán)境，包括加強校園物質(zhì)、精神、制度文化建設(shè)；營造德育環(huán)境以及完善高校校園文化活動體系，這是本文研究的重點也是本文研究的成果。
[Abstract]:College campus culture is an important part of socialist advanced culture, an important factor to promote the development of advanced productive forces, and an important aspect of realizing the interests of teachers, students and employees. It is also a very effective means and method in moral education of college students. In August, 2004, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee pointed out in "opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students" that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of campus culture and take it as an effective way to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. In order to strengthen and improve the work of moral education and improve its efficiency, one of the important aspects is to attach great importance to the construction of campus culture, and good campus culture plays an important role in promoting the moral education of college students. The good campus culture can really exert the moral education influence to the university students. At present, new changes have taken place in the moral education of college students, and many new situations have emerged. Under this changed situation, The university has carried on the active exploration and the research on how to strengthen the campus culture construction and the university student moral education thought aspect, but lacks the thorough exploration in the aspects and so on the mutual union and the function between the two, the material which can be consulted is also not much. In the face of this situation, we should strengthen the research on the relationship between campus culture and moral education, determine the requirements of strengthening and perfecting moral education in colleges and universities, and improve the important role of campus culture in moral education in colleges and universities. In order to promote the construction of campus culture and improve the practical effect of moral education, it is an important problem that colleges and universities must seriously consider and study. Aiming at the function of moral education in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, this paper is based on the research status at home and abroad and the questionnaire survey conducted by some teachers and students of four colleges in Jiangxi Province. This paper expounds the function of promoting moral education under the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, from the connotation of campus culture, the connotation of moral education in colleges and universities, the internal relationship between campus culture and moral education in colleges and universities, and the function of campus culture in moral education. Through the field investigation of the moral education of campus culture in colleges and universities, and the comprehensive analysis and induction of the questionnaire data, this paper points out the present situation of promoting the function of moral education under the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities. On the basis of the analysis of these problems and causes, combining with the relevant references and the data obtained from the investigation, this paper puts forward an effective way to strengthen the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities to promote the development of moral education. That is to say, to build the campus cultural environment, including strengthening the campus material, spirit, system culture construction, creating the moral education environment and perfecting the campus cultural activity system, which is the focus of this paper and the results of this study.
