長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:As the superstructure of the society, higher education is a subsystem of the social system, which is bound to be inextricably linked with the social economy and constantly adapts to the demands of political and economic development. Higher education is the "tendons" and "bones" of economic growth. The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the most powerful, dynamic and total economic regions in China, and the comprehensive strength of education is among the highest in China. This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, and combines the relevant data from 1986 to 2009. This paper studies the coordinated development of higher education and economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta, and provides some policy suggestions for the educational reform. On the basis of many scholars' researches on the coordinated development of higher education and economy, this paper mainly studies three questions: the correlation between higher education and economic growth, how to establish an index system that can reflect the level of higher education and economic growth; What is the interactive and cointegration relationship between higher education and economic growth, and the contribution and coordination of higher education to economic growth. In view of the first problem, the canonical correlation analysis method is used to obtain the positive correlation between higher education and economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta region. The canonical correlation coefficient is 0.999972, and the index system reflecting the development of higher education and economic growth is established. Among them, the main factors that affect the development of higher education are the number of students in the school and the R D project expenditure and the ratio of students to teachers. The main factors reflecting the economic growth are the per capita GDP and the local financial expenditure. Secondly, by using Granger causality test and cointegration analysis, it is concluded that higher education is the Granger cause of economic growth and economic growth is Granger reason of higher education change. There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between higher education and economic growth. The short-term relationship between Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province is obvious. However, the short-term model of shanghai can not pass the test, that is, the short-term relationship is not significant In view of the third problem, DEA model is established to evaluate the contribution of higher education to economic growth in Yangtze River Delta. The results show that the contribution of higher education to economic growth in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province is effective in DEA and DEA in Jiangsu Province. Furthermore, this paper establishes a grey relational analysis model and makes an empirical study on the coordination between higher education and economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta region. The results show that there is a coordinated state between higher education and economic growth in the five Five-Year Plan periods and 1986-2009, Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province, The degree of coordination between higher education and economic growth in Zhejiang Province is 0.796n0.8030.798.The coordination is ranked as follows: Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Shanghai City. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions from four aspects: education input, characteristic education development road, supporting private colleges and universities, combining production, learning and research.
