高校師范生個(gè)人知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:In the knowledge society, effective personal knowledge management is an important way to enhance individual competitiveness and promote self-development. The existing research on teacher's personal knowledge management shows that teacher's personal knowledge management plays an important role in promoting teachers' professional development. The importance of personal knowledge management for normal college students to enhance their learning ability, knowledge ability and competitiveness, and to improve their comprehensive quality and ability is self-evident. Normal college students are future teachers and future knowledge workers. To do well in personal knowledge management is not only the need of personal development, but also the demand of teachers' profession. The purpose of this study is to find out the specific problems existing in the personal knowledge management of normal college students by mastering the actual situation of their personal knowledge management, and to find and explain the reasons for the problems. On the basis of relevant theories, the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the effective combination of personal knowledge management with their professional study, in order to provide some useful reference for the practice of personal knowledge management of normal college students. On the basis of combing the related achievements of personal knowledge management research, the questionnaire of personal knowledge management status of normal college students is compiled, and the method of combining questionnaire with interview investigation is adopted to carry out the research. The analysis of sample data by SPSS15.0 software shows that the general situation of personal knowledge management of normal college students is not good, and there is no difference between different sexes and different subjects (arts, science). There were significant differences in some dimensions between different grades and different schools. From these significant differences, several important factors affecting the personal knowledge management of normal college students are obtained. Based on the interview investigation, the author points out that the problems of personal knowledge management of normal college students are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the general lack of awareness of personal knowledge management, the emphasis on acquiring knowledge from practice, but the neglect of tacit knowledge accumulation; It lacks the behavior of knowledge reflection, the atmosphere of knowledge exchange and sharing is not strong, the consciousness of knowledge innovation is weak, and the effective use of knowledge is lacking. In the process of searching for the reasons behind these problems, we further excavate the influencing factors of the personal knowledge management of normal college students from the results of the interview investigation, and proceed from the subjective and objective aspects, in the normal colleges and universities, the teachers in colleges, universities, colleges and universities, This paper explores the reasons and analyzes the causes of normal college students at three levels. Following the idea of "current situation investigation-problem exposition-reason analysis-countermeasure put forward", based on Polanyi's knowledge theory, knowledge transformation model theory and knowledge management "field" theory, Based on the principles and objectives of personal knowledge management of normal college students, the feasible countermeasures are put forward on the three levels of normal colleges, university teachers and college normal students.
