【摘要】：獨立學院作為民辦高等教育的重要組成部分,屬于公益性事業(yè),為我國高等教育的發(fā)展作出了突出的貢獻,獨立學院發(fā)展的情況如何直接影響到高等教育發(fā)展的進程。獨立學院由于發(fā)展的歷史普遍不長,在師資力量上存在很多缺陷,特別缺乏有經(jīng)驗、高職稱的高層次人才,主要是以近年來剛剛畢業(yè)的青年教師為主體,青年教師已經(jīng)成為獨立學院師資的主力軍,是獨立學院是否能持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。青年教師的思想道德如何,不僅影響到整個學院的學風、教風,也影響到對獨立學院學生身心健康的培養(yǎng)。獨立學院大多數(shù)青年教師的主流是好的,積極向上的。但是由于用人機制等原因,獨立學院的青年教師與公辦高校教師相比又有自己的特點,具體體現(xiàn)在：缺乏歸屬感、自卑感強、挫折感強。獨立學院青年教師以上特點決定了必須要加強青年教師思想政治教育。 本論文主要是通過以下幾種措施來實現(xiàn)青年教師思想政治教育水平的提高。從大的環(huán)境考慮,要營造一個和諧、有活力的校園環(huán)境；獨立學院領導要認識到思想政治工作的重要性,政策上要給予支持,要為青年教師的發(fā)展提供物質(zhì)保障和好的發(fā)展平臺；同時要豐富思想政治教育的內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育的方式；要建立一支高效、精于的政工干部隊伍,提高思想政治教育工作的水平。只有確實做到以上幾個方面,才能真正的提高獨立學院青年教師思想政治教育的時效性,才能有效的引導廣大青年教師樹立起正確的人生觀和價值觀。
[Abstract]:As an important part of private higher education, independent college is a public welfare undertaking, which has made outstanding contribution to the development of higher education in our country. The development of independent college directly affects the development process of higher education. Because the history of the development of the independent college is generally short, there are many defects in the teaching staff, especially the lack of experienced high-level personnel with high professional titles, mainly taking the young teachers who have just graduated in recent years as the main body. Young teachers have become the main force of teachers in independent colleges and the key factors for the sustainable and healthy development of independent colleges. The ideological and moral character of young teachers not only affects the style of study and teaching in the whole college, but also affects the cultivation of students' physical and mental health in independent colleges. The mainstream of most young teachers in independent colleges is good and positive. However, because of the employment mechanism, the young teachers in independent colleges have their own characteristics compared with the teachers in public colleges and universities, which are embodied in: lack of sense of belonging, strong sense of inferiority, and strong sense of frustration. The above characteristics of young teachers in independent colleges make it necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of young teachers. This paper is mainly through the following measures to achieve the level of ideological and political education of young teachers. To create a harmonious and dynamic campus environment, the leaders of independent colleges should recognize the importance of ideological and political work and give policy support. It is necessary to provide a material guarantee and a good development platform for the development of young teachers; at the same time, to enrich the content of ideological and political education and to innovate the way of ideological and political education; and to establish an efficient and skilled contingent of political cadres. We will raise the level of ideological and political education. Only in the above aspects can we really improve the timeliness of ideological and political education of young teachers in independent colleges and effectively guide young teachers to set up a correct outlook on life and values.
