【摘要】：受諸多因素的復(fù)雜影響,當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校的醫(yī)德教育效果不甚理想。本人認(rèn)為其中一個(gè)至關(guān)重要的原因,那就是醫(yī)學(xué)高校輔導(dǎo)員醫(yī)德教育功能的缺失。本文擬從醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)揮醫(yī)德功能進(jìn)行必要性分析,進(jìn)而從六個(gè)方面對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員在日常工作中如何更好地發(fā)揮醫(yī)德教育功能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的探討和設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Influenced by many factors, medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities in our country is not satisfactory at present. I think one of the most important reasons is the lack of medical moral education function of medical college counselors. Starting from the current situation of medical moral education of medical students, this paper analyzes the necessity of the counselors' function of medical ethics, and then discusses and designs systematically how to better exert the function of medical moral education in the daily work of counselors from six aspects.
