【摘要】：中國(guó)高校直接投資興辦企業(yè)，是世界高等教育史上一個(gè)比較獨(dú)特的現(xiàn)象，這是一個(gè)有中國(guó)特色的問(wèn)題。高校和企業(yè)本身分屬于不同的場(chǎng)域，承擔(dān)不同的責(zé)任，作為二者的結(jié)合，高校校辦企業(yè)不可避免的出現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題和矛盾。其中的一個(gè)重要現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題——高校校辦企業(yè)管理體制改革問(wèn)題已逐漸凸現(xiàn)在社會(huì)各界的視野，本文將對(duì)該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探討。本文以案例研究的形式，選取H大學(xué)作為研究對(duì)象，以產(chǎn)權(quán)、組織與管理作為切入點(diǎn)，全文始終圍繞這三個(gè)核心要素展開(kāi)，以期給相關(guān)研究提供有益借鑒。本文的具體結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下： 首先闡述研究H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)管理體制改革的相關(guān)背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)以及本論文的研究思路和方法。其次是理論基礎(chǔ)和高校校辦企業(yè)的概述：理論基礎(chǔ)即為產(chǎn)權(quán)理論、組織理論和現(xiàn)代管理理論。行文思路為先闡釋理論的內(nèi)涵，繼而揭示該理論對(duì)高校校辦企業(yè)的啟示。高校校辦企業(yè)概述主要闡述了高校校辦企業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、特征及其發(fā)展歷程。接下來(lái)是對(duì)H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)考察和改革途徑探析，，為本論文的核心章節(jié)。對(duì)H大學(xué)的現(xiàn)實(shí)考察，先分析H大學(xué)狀況及H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)情況，繼而從產(chǎn)權(quán)、組織、管理的角度分析了H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)管理體制中現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題。對(duì)H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)管理體制改革途徑探析中，本文首先提出H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)管理體制改革總體框架設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)而從政府、產(chǎn)權(quán)、組織和管理四個(gè)維度梳理H大學(xué)校企管理體制改革的措施策略，最終的落腳點(diǎn)是建立符合H大學(xué)特色的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度。最后對(duì)H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)管理體制改革后的發(fā)展進(jìn)行深入思考，這一章分析H大學(xué)校辦企業(yè)發(fā)展任重道遠(yuǎn)的緣由所在，并對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)及對(duì)未來(lái)研究方向進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:It is a unique phenomenon in the history of higher education in the world that Chinese colleges and universities invest directly to set up enterprises, which is a problem with Chinese characteristics. Universities and enterprises themselves belong to different fields and bear different responsibilities. As a combination of the two, some problems and contradictions inevitably appear in the enterprises run by colleges and universities. One of the important practical problems is that the reform of the management system of the university-run enterprises has gradually appeared in the field of vision of all walks of life. This paper will discuss the problem in depth. In the form of case study, this paper selects H University as the object of study, and takes property right, organization and management as the breakthrough point. The full text always revolves around these three core elements, in order to provide useful reference for relevant research. The specific structure of this paper is as follows: firstly, the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research trends and the research ideas and methods of the research on the reform of the management system of H University are described. The second is the theoretical basis and the outline of the university-run enterprises: property right theory, organization theory and modern management theory. The main idea is to explain the connotation of the theory, and then to reveal the enlightenment of the theory to the university-run enterprises. This paper mainly expounds the connotation, characteristics and development course of the university-run enterprises. The next is the practical investigation and reform approach of H-university enterprises, which is the core chapter of this paper. After analyzing the status of H University and the situation of H University's enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management system of H University's enterprise from the angle of property right, organization and management. In the course of exploring the ways to reform the management system of H university, this paper first puts forward the design of the overall framework of the reform of the management system of H university, and then from the government, property rights, Organizing and managing four dimensions combing the measures and strategies of the reform of the management system of H university, the ultimate goal is to establish the modern enterprise system which accords with the characteristics of H university. In the end, the author thinks deeply about the development of the management system after the reform of the management system in H University. This chapter analyzes the reason why the development of H university enterprises has a long way to go, and sums up the full text and probes into the future research direction.
