高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用研究

【摘要】: 高校校友一般是指曾經(jīng)在高校學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活過(guò)的畢業(yè)學(xué)生以及在高校工作、生活過(guò)的各類(lèi)教職員工和兼職人員。校友資源是指校友作為人才資源的價(jià)值,以及校友所擁有的財(cái)力、物力、信息、文化和社會(huì)影響力等資源的統(tǒng)稱(chēng)。它具有確定性和不確定性、有形性與無(wú)形性、個(gè)體性和群體性等特點(diǎn)。如何進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)與利用校友資源對(duì)加快高校自身發(fā)展、深化高校校友工作、實(shí)現(xiàn)并提升高校校友資源內(nèi)在價(jià)值及滿足校友心理需求具有重要的研究意義。目前,我國(guó)高校開(kāi)發(fā)與利用校友資源的現(xiàn)狀是:基本建立了校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的專(zhuān)職工作機(jī)構(gòu),做了一些服務(wù)校友的工作,初步奠定了高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)高校校友資源進(jìn)行了一定程度的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用。但是,就總體而言,這些較籠統(tǒng)粗淺地研究開(kāi)發(fā)與利用校友資源的比較多,深入系統(tǒng)地研究開(kāi)發(fā)與利用校友資源的則比較少;操作層面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)式探討比較多,深入進(jìn)行理論分析研究的比較少;從本單位出發(fā)的個(gè)案研究多,而宏觀層面的研究少。鑒于此,論文在吸收、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)性、可持續(xù)性、情感性與互利共贏的原則,以教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、人力資源與非贏利組織理論、心理學(xué)中的身份認(rèn)同理論等,作為分析問(wèn)題與解決問(wèn)題的理論基礎(chǔ),從實(shí)際調(diào)查出發(fā),個(gè)案研究與整體考察相結(jié)合,提出在思想意識(shí)上進(jìn)一步重視校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用;充實(shí)和加強(qiáng)高校校友會(huì)的建設(shè),為高校校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用提供保證;積極開(kāi)展多種活動(dòng),構(gòu)建高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的平臺(tái);創(chuàng)新工作機(jī)制,建立高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的立體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的等開(kāi)發(fā)利用措施,并強(qiáng)調(diào)在高校校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用中,注意處理好“點(diǎn)與面”、“請(qǐng)進(jìn)來(lái)”與“走出去”、“近期與長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)”、“開(kāi)發(fā)利用與提供服務(wù)”及“單一與多元”的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:College alumni generally refer to graduates who have studied, worked and lived in colleges and universities, as well as all kinds of faculty and part-time workers who have worked and lived in colleges and universities. Alumni resources refer to the value of alumni as human resources, as well as the financial, material, information, cultural and social impact of alumni resources. It has the characteristics of certainty and uncertainty, materiality and invisibility, individuality and group. How to further develop and utilize alumni resources is of great significance to accelerate the development of colleges and universities, deepen the work of alumni, realize and promote the intrinsic value of alumni resources and meet the psychological needs of alumni. At present, the current situation of the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges and universities in China is as follows: a full-time working organization for the development and utilization of alumni resources has basically been established, some work done to serve alumni, and a foundation for the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges and universities has been preliminarily established. To a certain extent, the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges and universities are carried out. However, in general, there are more general research, development and utilization of alumni resources, less in-depth and systematic research, development and utilization of alumni resources, and more empirical discussions at the operational level. There are few theoretical analysis studies in depth, and there are more case studies in this unit, but less in macro-level studies. In view of this, on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results, the thesis adheres to the principles of science, sustainability, emotion and mutual benefit and win-win, and takes the theories of educational economics, human resources and non-profit organizations as the basis. As the theoretical basis of analyzing and solving problems, the theory of identity in psychology, starting from the actual investigation, combining the case study with the whole investigation, puts forward that we should pay more attention to the development and utilization of alumni resources in ideology and consciousness. To enrich and strengthen the construction of alumni associations of colleges and universities, to provide guarantee for the development and utilization of alumni resources of colleges and universities, to actively carry out various activities, to construct platforms for the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges and universities, to innovate the working mechanism, The development and utilization measures of the three-dimensional network for the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges and universities are established, and it is emphasized that in the development and utilization of alumni resources, attention should be paid to the handling of "points and sides", "please come in" and "go out", "short term and long term".
