【摘要】：法治建設(shè)是政治文明建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容，法治戰(zhàn)略是我黨執(zhí)政的新理念和新思路。我國正處于改革開放、建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的關(guān)鍵時期，建設(shè)社會主義法治國家必須具備三個基本的條件；即國家健全的法律體系，全體公民的知識水平和公民的法律素養(yǎng)。理工科大學(xué)生作為全體公民的重要組成部分，作為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的一支重要力量，其法律素養(yǎng)的高低不但對提高公民整體法律素質(zhì)具有重要意義，而且對建設(shè)社會主義法治國家和構(gòu)建和諧社會都具有重要的影響。所以理工科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)問題的研究對我國社會的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文以理工科大學(xué)生為特定研究對象，以馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、三個代表重要思想和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，通過對黑龍江省部分理工科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研分析，同時借鑒了其它省市理工科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)，并通過與黑龍江省部分文科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比，對我國理工科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀展開了深入的研究，全面深入的探討了我國理工科大學(xué)生在法律素養(yǎng)方面存在的主要問題以及原因，并結(jié)合理工科大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)和理工科專業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，制定出具有實(shí)效性、針對性和可操作性的措施，指導(dǎo)理工科大學(xué)生提高法律素養(yǎng)，指導(dǎo)理工科大學(xué)生建構(gòu)正確的法律情感，，掌握豐富的法律知識，增強(qiáng)法律意識，提高法律應(yīng)用能力，切實(shí)改變我國理工科大學(xué)生法律素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，為建設(shè)社會主義法治國家貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力量。
[Abstract]:The construction of the rule of law is an important content of the construction of political civilization, and the strategy of rule by law is the new idea and new idea of our party in power. Our country is in the key period of reform and opening up and building a socialist country ruled by law. The construction of a socialist country ruled by law must have three basic conditions: the sound legal system of the country, the knowledge level of all citizens and the legal literacy of the citizens. As an important part of all citizens and an important force in socialist modernization, the students of science and engineering not only have great significance in improving the overall legal quality of citizens, but also in the construction of socialist modernization. Moreover, it has an important influence on building a socialist country ruled by law and building a harmonious society. Therefore, the research on the legal literacy of science and engineering college students is of great significance to the social stability and development of our country. This paper takes the university students of science and engineering as the specific research object, with the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of three represents and the scientific development view. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the legal literacy of some science and engineering students in Heilongjiang Province, the author draws lessons from the investigation data of the present situation of the law literacy of the science and engineering college students in other provinces and cities. By comparing with the investigation data of some liberal arts college students' legal literacy in Heilongjiang Province, the author makes a deep research on the present situation of the legal literacy of Chinese science and engineering college students. This paper probes into the main problems and causes of the legal literacy of science and engineering college students in our country, and combines the characteristics of science and engineering college students and the characteristics of science and engineering majors, and formulates the actual effect. Pertinence and maneuverability measures to guide science and engineering students to improve their legal literacy, to guide them to construct correct legal emotion, to master abundant legal knowledge, to enhance their legal awareness, and to improve their ability to apply the law. Changing the present situation of science and engineering college students' legal literacy and contributing their own strength to the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.
