【摘要】：隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入,一些來(lái)自于西方不健康的思潮正日漸侵襲著我們的思想。首當(dāng)其沖受到影響的就是我們高校的學(xué)子們。而近年來(lái)民辦高等教育的蓬勃發(fā)展使得民辦高校的大學(xué)生們已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)不可或缺的人才。作為大學(xué)生的一個(gè)重要組成部分,民辦高校大學(xué)生在面對(duì)這些不健康思想的影響時(shí),他們?cè)谒枷胗^念,道德倫理,政治覺(jué)悟上會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多偏差和曲解。他們的人生觀,價(jià)值觀,道德觀,政治觀也正面臨著前所未有的危機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn)。加上本人在民辦高校多年工作的經(jīng)歷感悟,我選擇民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治現(xiàn)狀分析以及對(duì)策研究作為研究主題,目的是對(duì)這一課題作出較為深入的探索和研究。希望為提高民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)提供有限的幫助。 第一章：大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵以及研究民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的意義。從大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)內(nèi)涵入手了解在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過(guò)程中作為接班人和建設(shè)者的大學(xué)生們應(yīng)該具備的政治素質(zhì),思想道德素質(zhì)和心理素質(zhì)。并且詮釋了民辦高校作為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)重要組成部分,民辦高校大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格接班人在思想政治素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀以及提高民辦大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的意義所在。 第二章：民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)狀況分析。本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表的形式了解到民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀尤其是存在的問(wèn)題,并從教育隊(duì)伍的良莠不齊,教育環(huán)境的錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,以及民辦高校大學(xué)生自身問(wèn)題等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)導(dǎo)致民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析。 第三章：提出改進(jìn)民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)問(wèn)題的策略。針對(duì)民辦高校自身特點(diǎn)和民辦高校大學(xué)生特點(diǎn),本文提出改進(jìn)民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的措施。不斷創(chuàng)新和拓展教育途徑,堅(jiān)持以人為本的教育理念。完善民辦高校大學(xué)生思想素質(zhì)教育內(nèi)容,內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)依據(jù)思想政治教育的目標(biāo)和教育對(duì)象的思想實(shí)際而確定。營(yíng)造良好的思想政治教育環(huán)境,客觀環(huán)境對(duì)民辦高校大學(xué)生思想形成、人格培養(yǎng)的有著重要的意義。同時(shí)建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍。完善民辦高校大學(xué)生黨建,團(tuán)組織工作。重視引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生參與社會(huì)實(shí)踐。多管齊下從而實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的對(duì)民辦高校大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)教育。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, some unhealthy thoughts from the West are increasingly attacking our thinking. The students in our universities are the first to be affected. In recent years, with the vigorous development of private higher education, the college students in private colleges have become indispensable talents in the socialist modernization construction of our country. As an important part of college students, private college students in the face of these unhealthy ideas, they will have a lot of ideological ideas, moral ethics, political awareness will produce a lot of deviation and misinterpretation. Their outlook on life, values, morality and politics are facing unprecedented crises and challenges. In addition, my experience in private colleges and universities for many years, I choose the ideological and political status of private colleges and universities as well as the study of countermeasures as the research theme, the purpose is to make a more in-depth exploration and research on this subject. I hope to provide limited help for improving the ideological and political quality of private college students. The first chapter: the connotation of ideological and political quality of college students and the significance of studying the ideological and political quality of private college students. Starting with the connotation of college students' ideological and political quality, it is necessary to understand the political quality, ideological and moral quality and psychological quality of college students as successors and builders in the process of socialist modernization construction. As an important part of socialist cause, private college students as qualified successors of socialist cause are in the present situation of ideological and political quality and the significance of improving the ideological and political quality of private college students. Chapter two: analysis of ideological and political quality of private college students. The present situation of the ideological and political quality of private college students, especially the existing problems, is found in the form of questionnaire, and the intermingling of the good and the bad of the educational team and the complexity of the educational environment are also discussed in this paper. This paper also analyzes the causes of the practical problems in the ideological and political quality of the private college students from the aspects of their own problems. Chapter three: put forward the strategies to improve the ideological and political quality of private college students. According to the characteristics of private colleges and universities and the characteristics of college students, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the ideological and political quality of private college students. Constantly innovate and expand the educational approach, adhere to the people-oriented concept of education. To perfect the content of ideological quality education for private college students, the content design should be determined according to the goal of ideological and political education and the ideological reality of the object of education. It is of great significance to create a good environment for ideological and political education and objective environment for the ideological formation and personality cultivation of private college students.
