【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和世界一體化的發(fā)展，我國(guó)的改革不斷深入，大學(xué)生的思想不斷受到多元化的沖擊，這給大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。高校輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生的教育者、管理者和服務(wù)者，開展新時(shí)期高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的科學(xué)化研究，建立一套基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的工作體系，是一個(gè)嶄新而又重要的課題。以此為背景，分析闡述了新時(shí)期的內(nèi)外環(huán)境，提出輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化存在的問(wèn)題及解決途徑，力圖豐富高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的理論，，推動(dòng)實(shí)踐的不斷深入和開展。 通過(guò)分析總結(jié)高校輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化的內(nèi)涵，明確了輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化的目標(biāo)。結(jié)合高等教育環(huán)境和形勢(shì)的變化、大學(xué)生群體的特征以及新時(shí)期大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，分析闡述了新時(shí)期高校輔導(dǎo)員工作面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并從社會(huì)、高校、輔導(dǎo)員三個(gè)層面分析了輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化存在問(wèn)題的原因。 針對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)提高高校輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化的途徑進(jìn)行了研究。主要從樹立科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)思想、加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，創(chuàng)新輔導(dǎo)員工作方法、輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)化及專家化四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。最后是輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化的評(píng)價(jià)，主要包括評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容以及評(píng)價(jià)主體，以及如何運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)行科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the integration of the world, the reform of our country is deepening, and the thoughts of college students are under the impact of diversification, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education of college students. College counselors are educators, managers and service providers of college students. It is a new and important subject to carry out scientific research on the work of college counselors in the new period and to establish a work system based on the scientific concept of development. Based on this background, this paper analyzes and expounds the internal and external environment in the new period, puts forward the problems and solutions of the scientific work of counselors, tries to enrich the theory of counselors' work in colleges and universities, and promotes the deepening and development of the practice. Through analyzing and summing up the connotation of the scientific work of college counselors, this paper clarifies the goal of the scientific work of counselors. Combined with the changes of the environment and situation of higher education, the characteristics of college students and the training objectives of college students in the new period, this paper analyzes and expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by college counselors in the new period. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the scientific work of counselors, and analyzes the causes of the problems in the scientific work of counselors from three aspects: society, colleges and universities, and counselors. In view of the problems existing in the scientific work of counselors, this paper studies the ways to improve the scientific work of counselors in colleges and universities. This paper mainly expounds from four aspects: setting up scientific guiding ideology, strengthening the construction of counselors, innovating the working methods of counselors, professionalizing and expert counselors. Finally, the scientific evaluation of the work of counselors, including the content of the evaluation and evaluation of the main body, and how to use the system of evaluation criteria for scientific evaluation.
