【摘要】：工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生是一個(gè)富有特點(diǎn)的大學(xué)生群體，他們有不同于其他專業(yè)大學(xué)生的思想和行為特點(diǎn)。在過去的相當(dāng)長的時(shí)間中，我國高等教育曾存在“重文輕理”或是“重理輕文”的偏向，或是只重視單純的專業(yè)訓(xùn)練和教育，忽視思想政治教育的重要性和作用，沒有系統(tǒng)地、科學(xué)地根據(jù)工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生的思想現(xiàn)狀以及特點(diǎn)來研究有效的思想政治教育方法和途徑，如何有效地開展工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想政治教育，是我國高校尤其是工科專業(yè)院系面臨的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。 本文首先在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，，比較全面地掌握了目前工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想政治教育對(duì)象的特點(diǎn)，并且通過對(duì)某高校工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣問卷調(diào)查，從學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、人際關(guān)系、心理狀況等方面對(duì)工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。其次，筆者從高校管理理念、思想政治教育隊(duì)伍以及工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生自身三個(gè)方面，分析了當(dāng)前工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問題，并深入探究問題產(chǎn)生的原因。最后，在結(jié)合工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)和工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想政治教育問題及其成因的基礎(chǔ)上，從改進(jìn)思想政治教育方法、充分運(yùn)用思想政治教育載體、加強(qiáng)人文精神教育以及加強(qiáng)思想政治隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述，提出改善目前工科專業(yè)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:College students majoring in engineering are a group of college students with rich characteristics. They have different ideological and behavioral characteristics from those of other majors. For a long time in the past, there was a tendency in higher education in our country to "attach importance to literature and less to reason" or "to attach importance to science and art", or to attach importance to pure professional training and education, ignoring the importance and role of ideological and political education, and not systematically. According to the present situation and characteristics of the college students majoring in engineering, this paper studies the effective methods and approaches of ideological and political education, and how to carry out the ideological and political education of college students majoring in engineering. It is a realistic problem that colleges and universities, especially engineering colleges and departments, are faced with. On the basis of consulting a large number of documents, this paper comprehensively grasps the characteristics of ideological and political education objects of engineering major college students at present, and through a sampling questionnaire survey of engineering major college students in a certain university, from the study goal, Interpersonal relationship, psychological status and other aspects of the ideological status of college students majoring in engineering were analyzed. Secondly, the author analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of engineering college students from three aspects: the management idea, the ideological and political education team and the college students themselves, and probes into the causes of the problems. Finally, on the basis of the characteristics of college students majoring in engineering and the problems and causes of ideological and political education of engineering majors, this paper makes full use of the carrier of ideological and political education by improving the methods of ideological and political education. To strengthen the humanistic spirit education and strengthen the ideological and political team construction and other aspects to elaborate, put forward to improve the current ideological and political education of college students majoring in engineering countermeasures.
