公共政策視野下我國高校思想政治教育政策研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理論課是大學(xué)生必修的課程,是對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的主渠道,是大學(xué)生深入了解馬克思主義和社會主義核心價值體系的主要途徑,對大學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀具有重要的作用。高校思想政治理論課的改革和發(fā)展與高校思想政治理論課的課程設(shè)置密不可分,而高校思想政治理論課的課程設(shè)計又直接受到高校思想政治教育政策的影響。因此,在當(dāng)今復(fù)雜多變的國際社會形勢中,,如何適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展趨勢,制定切實可行的高校思想政治教育政策,指導(dǎo)我國高校思想政治理論課建設(shè)與發(fā)展,把當(dāng)代大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為社會主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者和接班人,已成為廣大高校思想教育工作者必須認(rèn)真研究和解決的重大而緊迫的課題。 文章重點從我國高校思想政治教育理論課改革為出發(fā)點,在公共政策視野下,以馬克思主義方法論為指導(dǎo),運用馬克思?xì)v史唯物主義、辯證唯物主義觀點,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歸納分析法和比較分析法等對我國高校思想政治教育政策進(jìn)行研究。在綜合研究的基礎(chǔ)上,文章對我國高校思想政治教育政策的變遷進(jìn)行了初步的劃分:選擇與初創(chuàng)、發(fā)展與停滯、恢復(fù)與重建、改革與創(chuàng)新等四個階段,并著重剖析了我國高校思想政治教育政策變遷的原因及其變化規(guī)律,進(jìn)而為制定切實可行的高校思想政治教育政策建言獻(xiàn)策。文章分為四個部分:第一部分闡述了選題背景和依據(jù)、研究意義和方法,以及課題的國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分詳細(xì)論述了我國高校思想政治教育政策的設(shè)置議程和設(shè)置原則;第三部分闡述了我國高校思想政治教育政策的歷史沿革,重點對我國高校思想政治教育政策的變遷原因進(jìn)行了剖析;第四部分,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研究成果,對我國高校思想政治教育政策進(jìn)行了深刻反思,深入探討制定切實可行的高校思想政治教育政策的思路和對策。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory is a compulsory course for college students, the main channel of ideological and political education for college students, and the main way for college students to understand Marxism and the core value system of socialism. It plays an important role in setting up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students. The reform and development of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities are closely related to the curriculum design of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and the curriculum design of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is directly influenced by the ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities. Therefore, in the current complex and changeable international social situation, how to adapt to the development trend of the times, how to formulate feasible ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities, and how to guide the construction and development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in China? The cultivation of contemporary college students as qualified constructors and successors of socialist cause has become an important and urgent subject that the ideological educators in colleges and universities must seriously study and solve. This paper focuses on the reform of ideological and political education theory course in colleges and universities in our country, under the guidance of Marxist methodology, using Marxist historical materialism, dialectical materialism and literature research under the public policy vision. Inductive analysis and comparative analysis are used to study the policy of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. On the basis of comprehensive research, this paper makes a preliminary division of the changes of ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities in our country: selection and establishment, development and stagnation, recovery and reconstruction, reform and innovation, etc. The reasons and rules of the change of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in our country are analyzed emphatically, and suggestions for formulating feasible ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities are put forward. The article is divided into four parts: the first part describes the background and basis of the topic, research significance and methods, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of the subject; The second part discusses the setting agenda and principles of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in China, the third part expounds the historical evolution of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in China. The article analyzes the reasons of the change of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in our country, the fourth part, combined with the existing research results, deeply reflects on the ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities of our country. This paper probes into the train of thought and countermeasures for formulating feasible policies of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
