【摘要】：潘菽是我國著名的心理學家、教育家,也是南京大學第一任校長。他擔任長達三十余年的心理學教學工作,為我國培養(yǎng)了大批優(yōu)秀的心理學人才,為我國心理學事業(yè)做出了不可磨滅的貢獻；作為南京大學第一任校長,面臨建國初期高校事業(yè)百廢待舉的局面,以潘菽為代表的領(lǐng)導班子審時度勢,積極平穩(wěn)地開展了系列大學改革,如院系調(diào)整、課程改革、改造校園辦學環(huán)境等。這些舉措使得南京大學初具規(guī)模并為南京大學今后的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。對于這樣一位具有豐富的教學經(jīng)驗和卓越的管理能力的大學校長而言,國內(nèi)專門針對他的大學管理理念和育人理念的研究非常之少。從現(xiàn)有的研究情況來看,已有關(guān)于潘菽的研究多數(shù)集中于對他的心理學思想和心理學成就的研究,而對他的高等教育思想和育人觀念的研究幾乎無人涉及,所以開展對潘菽的高等教育思想尤其是對他的育人觀念的研究,對于當今高校人才培養(yǎng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本研究以潘菽的教育家和大學管理者雙重身份為研究視角,以言教、身教、物教為三維度,從潘菽的教學和管理實踐中總結(jié)提煉出潘菽的育人觀。 言教、身教和物教貫穿于潘菽的教學和實踐過程的始終,為了明確本文的研究內(nèi)容,分別將言教、身教和物教的研究內(nèi)容各有側(cè)重,并針對性地與潘菽的教學和管理實踐相聯(lián)系。以言教對應于潘菽的教學實踐,從教學實踐中總結(jié)出潘菽的教學育人理念；以身教對應于潘菽的師資隊伍建設(shè)的實踐,從師資隊伍建設(shè)過程中總結(jié)出潘菽的師資育人理念；以物教對應于潘菽的校園環(huán)境建設(shè)實踐,從他的校園環(huán)境建設(shè)過程中總結(jié)出他環(huán)境育人的理念。 通過對這三部分內(nèi)容詳細地梳理與分析,將他的主要的育人理念歸類為兩方面：從學生發(fā)展角度來看,緊緊抓住學生身心發(fā)展特點,兼顧學生發(fā)展的外部因素和內(nèi)部因素,辦符合學生發(fā)展規(guī)律的教育；從高校管理來看,大學的管理也是為育人提供良好的育人環(huán)境,潘菽牢牢把握高校發(fā)展的顯性影響因素和隱性影響因素,堅持高校軟實力與硬實力齊頭并進,辦優(yōu)質(zhì)的現(xiàn)代化大學。本研究主要采用文獻分析法和歷史研究法對潘菽的高等教育思想中的育人觀進行全面地梳理與解讀。 論文主體部分包括如下五個部分：第一部分是潘菽育人觀的形成背景,大體上梳理出潘菽生平及其實踐經(jīng)歷的脈絡(luò)。第二部分是潘菽育人觀之言教,主要以潘菽的教學實踐為側(cè)重,分析與論述他的教學理念與教學實踐。第三部分是潘菽育人觀之身教,主要以他自身的身教行為和學校的師資隊伍建設(shè)為側(cè)重,分析他關(guān)于師資隊伍建設(shè)方面的理念與實踐。第四部分潘菽育人觀之物教,主要側(cè)重于潘菽關(guān)于校園環(huán)境建設(shè)的實踐,分析潘菽關(guān)于環(huán)境建設(shè)的理念與實踐。最后一部分是文章的結(jié)尾部分,分別從學生發(fā)展角度和大學管理的角度,對潘菽的育人觀進行全面的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:As a famous psychologist and educationist and the first president of Nanjing University, he took over more than thirty years of psychology teaching, trained a large number of excellent psychological talents for our country and made an indelible contribution to the cause of psychology in our country. As the first president of Nanjing University, he was confronted with the University in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The leading group, represented by Pan Peng, has been reviewing the current situation, actively and steadily carrying out a series of university reforms, such as the adjustment of the Department, the reform of the curriculum, the reform of the school running environment, etc. These measures have made the Nanjing University set up a scale and laid a foundation for the future development of Nanjing University. In terms of teaching experience and excellent management ability, the study on the concept of university management and the concept of educating people is very small in China. From the current research situation, most of the research on pan is focused on his psychological and psychological research, and the thought and education of his higher education. The research on the concept of man is almost no one involved, so it is of great practical significance for the training of talents in Colleges and universities to carry out the study of the higher education thought of pan, especially his concept of educating people.
This study is based on the perspective of the dual identity of the educationists and the administrators of the University.
In order to clarify the content of this article, the contents of the study of the language teaching, the teaching and the teaching of physical education, and the teaching and management practice of Yu Pan are related. The idea of teaching and educating people is based on the practice of the construction of the teacher team of pan. It mainly focuses on his own personal teaching behavior and the construction of the teaching staff of the school, analyzes his ideas and practice about the construction of the teacher team.
