【摘要】：強(qiáng)國必先強(qiáng)教,強(qiáng)教必先強(qiáng)師,強(qiáng)師必先強(qiáng)德。高校教師師德素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著高等教育的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,影響著公民整體素質(zhì)的提高和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的全面發(fā)展。當(dāng)前高校師德建設(shè)也面臨著新的時代要求,為提高當(dāng)前高校師德建設(shè)水平,本文采用問卷調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)分析的研究方法,深入了解當(dāng)前高校師德建設(shè)的新問題、新情況,并提出有針對性的對策措施。
[Abstract]:A powerful nation must first teach, a strong teacher must first, and a strong teacher must first strengthen virtue. The quality of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities directly affects the quality of personnel training in higher education, the improvement of the overall quality of citizens and the overall development of economy and society. In order to improve the level of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities, this paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire investigation and literature analysis to deeply understand the new problems and new situations in the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. And put forward targeted countermeasures.
