社會資本對大學生就業(yè)效用的實證研究

【摘要】:自2003年大學擴招后,面臨就業(yè)的大學畢業(yè)生的數(shù)量猶如滾雪球般,越滾越大。就業(yè)人數(shù)過多,就業(yè)崗位卻一直跟不上就業(yè)人數(shù)的增長,就業(yè)難已經(jīng)成為了整個社會非常頭痛的問題。如何解決就業(yè)難的問題,成為了不同領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)界的熱點。國內(nèi)外不少學者提出了從社會資本入手來緩解就業(yè)難所帶來的巨大壓力。本文在前人的研究成果基礎(chǔ)之上,從社會資本的角度出發(fā),了解目前大學生就業(yè)難的影響因素,大學生所擁有的的社會資本存量,分析社會資本對大學生就業(yè)的過程及結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的影響,并關(guān)注社會資本的兩面性即積極的一面和消極的一面,這兩面對就業(yè)造成的影響,以及促進的大學生對社會資本的正確認識、積極拓展和合理利用。 本次研究表明,社會資本通過父母的強關(guān)系對大學生就業(yè)起到了關(guān)鍵性的作用,,而通過朋友的弱關(guān)系對就業(yè)起到了輔助的作用,以及自致性社會資本能促進就業(yè)。同時擁有的大量社會資本成為小部分人通過旁門左道的方式獲得就業(yè)機會的優(yōu)勢。目前大分部大學畢業(yè)生普遍能接受社會資本輔助就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,持支持和中立態(tài)度的人占了大部分。而大學畢業(yè)生的社會資本的積累范圍過于狹窄,集中在家庭和親戚這類強關(guān)系中。而有些社會資本,尤其是弱關(guān)系,是出于閑置狀態(tài)。大學生首先應(yīng)該正確認識社會資本,合理使用社會資本,積極積累社會資本。這對于大學畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)時能獲得更加豐富的招聘信息,在一定程度上緩解就業(yè)難的困境。 社會資本是一柄雙刃劍,利用得好,單位個人實現(xiàn)雙贏,還能緩解就業(yè)難的問題。利用得不好,各種不正之風揮之即來,造成整個社會處于腐化的狀態(tài),極不利國利民。我們需要不斷的探索,最大限度的發(fā)揮社會資本的積極作用,努力使社會資本的消極影響降至最低,這對于培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代大學生的法制意識以及個人職業(yè)發(fā)展生涯都是具有極重要的現(xiàn)實意義和長遠意義。
[Abstract]:Since the expansion of college enrollment in 2003, the number of graduates facing employment has snowballed. Too many jobs have been unable to keep up with the growth of employment, employment has become a very difficult problem for the whole society. How to solve the difficult problem of employment has become a hot spot in different fields of academia. Many scholars at home and abroad put forward the social capital to alleviate the employment difficulties brought by the enormous pressure. Based on the previous research results and from the perspective of social capital, this paper explores the factors affecting the employment difficulties of college students, and the stock of social capital owned by college students. This paper analyzes the influence of social capital on the process and result of college students' employment, and pays close attention to the two sides of social capital, that is, the positive side and the negative side. And promote the correct understanding of social capital of college students, actively expand and reasonable use. This study shows that social capital plays a key role in employment of college students through strong relationship between parents, while through weak relationship of friends, social capital plays a supplementary role in employment, and self-induced social capital can promote employment. At the same time, a large amount of social capital has become an advantage for a small number of people to obtain employment opportunities through the way. At present, graduates of large branch universities generally accept the status quo of social capital-assisted employment, and the majority of them are supportive and neutral. The accumulation of social capital for college graduates is too narrow and is concentrated in strong relationships such as family and relatives. And some social capital, especially weak relationship, is out of idle state. College students should understand social capital correctly, use it reasonably and accumulate social capital actively. This can help college graduates to obtain more information about employment and alleviate the difficulty of employment to some extent. Social capital is a double-edged sword. If it is used well, the unit can realize win-win situation and ease the problem of employment. The bad use of all kinds of unhealthy wind will cause the whole society in a state of corruption, which is not beneficial to the country and the people. We need to continuously explore, maximize the positive role of social capital, and strive to minimize the negative impact of social capital. This is of great practical and long-term significance to the cultivation of the legal consciousness of modern college students as well as their personal professional development career.
