【摘要】：高校教師的教學(xué)能力(師能)是教師可以高質(zhì)量完成教學(xué)任務(wù)、成功駕馭教學(xué)和教育體系的宏觀能力。關(guān)注高校教師的教學(xué)能力,考察教師對(duì)師能的普遍認(rèn)識(shí),有利于培養(yǎng)教師的綜合能力,為高校教學(xué)水平的全面發(fā)展提供有力的依據(jù)。本文通過分析教師和學(xué)生調(diào)查問卷,初步掌握高校教師對(duì)教學(xué)能力結(jié)構(gòu)的認(rèn)知程度,可為高校教師教學(xué)能力結(jié)構(gòu)的準(zhǔn)確定位和尋求有效的改進(jìn)辦法提供參考。
[Abstract]:The teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities is the macroscopic ability of teachers to accomplish teaching tasks and successfully control teaching and education system. Paying attention to the teaching ability of university teachers and investigating their general understanding of teachers' ability will help to cultivate teachers' comprehensive ability and provide a powerful basis for the overall development of teaching level in colleges and universities. By analyzing the questionnaire of teachers and students, this paper preliminarily grasps the cognition degree of college teachers to the structure of teaching ability, which can provide a reference for the accurate orientation of teaching ability structure of university teachers and the search for effective ways to improve it.
