【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展加速了高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程，在解決教育供需矛盾的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了一系列嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題，例如嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)，人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的不斷下滑等。獨(dú)立學(xué)院承擔(dān)著我國(guó)近三分之一的高等教育任務(wù)，在尋求著適合自己的發(fā)展道路的同時(shí)不斷創(chuàng)新和變革，力求將獨(dú)立學(xué)院的學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成社會(huì)所需要的人才。因此，培養(yǎng)出高質(zhì)量人才，提高獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)率，是獨(dú)立學(xué)院面臨的重要問(wèn)題。解決問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵就是圍繞獨(dú)特的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，，創(chuàng)新的人才培養(yǎng)模式，建立科學(xué)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育體系，給學(xué)生提供有針對(duì)性的專(zhuān)業(yè)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃輔導(dǎo)，提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)與學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)的無(wú)縫對(duì)接。 本文對(duì)G獨(dú)立學(xué)院職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述，通過(guò)對(duì)600多名學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)、人才培養(yǎng)模式的獨(dú)特性以及學(xué)生群體的特殊性進(jìn)行了分析，得出獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)實(shí)情況。同時(shí)結(jié)合職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃理論和高等教育人才培養(yǎng)理論，分析問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根本原因，并針對(duì)原因提出有針對(duì)性的建議，將職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)相結(jié)合，職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與人才培養(yǎng)模式相結(jié)合，加大獨(dú)立學(xué)院教師的綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)，通過(guò)制定“分年級(jí)”的階段性職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育方案，建立科學(xué)、完善的獨(dú)立學(xué)院職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育體系。 本文從培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的人才出發(fā)，基于獨(dú)立學(xué)院的人才培養(yǎng)模式把職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育貫穿高等教育的始終，從學(xué)生進(jìn)入獨(dú)立學(xué)院的第一天起就啟發(fā)他們的職業(yè)意識(shí)，結(jié)合自身實(shí)際制定出高效的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，提升自身的職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，最終達(dá)到人的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Chinese economy accelerates the process of popularization of higher education, which not only solves the contradiction between supply and demand of education, but also brings a series of serious problems, such as the severe employment situation, the declining quality of talent training and so on. The independent college is undertaking the task of higher education of nearly 1/3 in our country. It is seeking for its own development path while constantly innovating and reforming, striving to train the students of the independent college into the talents needed by the society. Therefore, cultivating high-quality talents and increasing the employment rate of independent college students are the important problems faced by independent college. The key to solve the problem is to set up a scientific career planning education system around the unique talent training goal, innovative talent training model, and provide students with targeted professional career planning guidance. Improve the students' employability and realize the seamless docking between the enterprise and the school talent training. In this paper, the current situation of career planning education in G independent college is described in detail, and the characteristics of the development of independent college are analyzed through a questionnaire survey on career planning of more than 600 students. The uniqueness of talent training mode and the particularity of student group are analyzed, and the reality of student career planning in independent college is obtained. At the same time, combining with the theory of career planning and the theory of talent training in higher education, this paper analyzes the root causes of the problems, and puts forward targeted suggestions to combine career planning with practical teaching activities. Combining career planning with talent training mode, increasing the comprehensive quality training of teachers in independent colleges, establishing a scientific education program of "graded" stage career planning, Perfect independent college career planning education system. Based on the talent training model of independent colleges, this paper starts from the cultivation of high quality talents, runs through the career planning education throughout the higher education, and inspires students' professional consciousness from the first day when they enter the independent college. According to their own reality, we can make an efficient career development plan, enhance their own professional competitiveness, and finally achieve the all-round development of human beings.
