團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)在高校思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)正在步入一個(gè)以高科技為先導(dǎo)的時(shí)代,亦即知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。在這個(gè)時(shí)代,知識(shí)增長(zhǎng)和更新的速度不斷加快,個(gè)人已經(jīng)無(wú)法完全憑借自身的力量去掌握和運(yùn)用所有知識(shí),單打獨(dú)斗的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過(guò)去,學(xué)習(xí)最有效的方法之一就是采取團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的形式,即通過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員間的整體搭配、良好溝通,對(duì)各自所掌握的信息、資源進(jìn)行有效交換、整合,在實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)共享的同時(shí)不斷提升自身的綜合能力。作為社會(huì)存在和發(fā)展的客觀反映,高校思想政治教育擔(dān)負(fù)著為社會(huì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)建設(shè)人才的重大任務(wù),與團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)在人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)上存在著一致性,其對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的引入和運(yùn)用具有客觀必然性;與此同時(shí),高校學(xué)生已經(jīng)具備了一定的知識(shí)水平和學(xué)習(xí)技能,學(xué)習(xí)自主性和投入度相對(duì)較高,在信任度以及個(gè)性特征上也能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)較好的配合,另外,自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)、探究學(xué)習(xí)等新學(xué)習(xí)方式的理論研究和實(shí)踐探索也具有重大的借鑒意義,,團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的引入具備了現(xiàn)實(shí)可能性?偠灾,團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)在高校思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的推廣以及高校思想政治教育的優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新有著雙重意義。 團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的概念具有很強(qiáng)的綜合性,它是建立在組織行為學(xué)理論、學(xué)習(xí)理論、學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論等多種理論之上的為適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要而歸納產(chǎn)生的一種新生事物,存在著很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。本文主要結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論,首先通過(guò)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)概念、特點(diǎn)、方法等的闡述,初步把握?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)涵;隨后,著重從必然性和相融性兩方面來(lái)分析團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)高校思想政治教育的契合性,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育的實(shí)際,一一分析團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)有效運(yùn)行的影響因素,具體而言,包括團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的諸要素、個(gè)體的心智優(yōu)化以及校園文化環(huán)境這三個(gè)層面的內(nèi)容;最后,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,將團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)中的有益元素(諸如深度匯談、商討、實(shí)踐性學(xué)習(xí))以及團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的其余四項(xiàng)修煉(自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、系統(tǒng)思考),有機(jī)地融入到高校思想政治教育中,從改進(jìn)組織源、優(yōu)化學(xué)風(fēng)源、增強(qiáng)實(shí)效源、激發(fā)活力源、創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力源等五個(gè)方面探究團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用下高校思想政治教育效果優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑,主要通過(guò)教育者主體功能的有效發(fā)揮以及教育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方式、機(jī)制、環(huán)境等的創(chuàng)新,不斷增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育的針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性,使其朝著更加科學(xué)、更加有效、更加規(guī)范的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, human society is stepping into a high-tech-oriented era, that is, the era of knowledge economy. In this era, the speed of knowledge growth and renewal has been accelerating, individuals have been unable to fully rely on their own strength to master and use all knowledge, the era of fighting alone has passed. One of the most effective ways to learn is to take the form of teamwork, that is, through the overall collocation of team members, good communication, effective exchange and integration of information and resources available to them. In the realization of knowledge sharing at the same time continuously improve their comprehensive capabilities. As an objective reflection of social existence and development, ideological and political education in colleges and universities undertakes the important task of cultivating talents for social development, and is consistent with the goal of talent training in team learning. At the same time, college students already have a certain level of knowledge and learning skills, learning autonomy and investment degree is relatively high. In addition, the theoretical research and practical exploration of new learning methods, such as autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning, are also of great significance for reference. The introduction of team learning has realistic possibilities. In a word, the application of team learning in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of dual significance to the promotion of team learning and the optimization and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The concept of team learning has a strong comprehensiveness. It is a new thing which is based on organizational behavior theory, learning organization theory and other theories to meet the needs of social development. There is a strong practicability. This article mainly combines the learning organization theory, first through to the team learning concept, the characteristic, the method and so on elaboration, initially grasps the team learning connotation; On the basis of analyzing the conformity of team learning to ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the two aspects of inevitability and harmony, and combining with the reality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effective operation of team learning. Specifically, it includes the elements of team building, individual mental optimization and campus cultural environment. Finally, the theory is combined with practice to discuss the beneficial elements of team learning (such as in-depth discussion, etc.) Practical learning and the other four practices related to team learning (self-transcendence, mental model, shared vision, systematic thinking) are organically integrated into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper explores the realistic ways of optimizing the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the application of team learning from five aspects, namely, stimulating the source of vitality and innovating power sources, mainly through the effective exertion of the main function of the educator and the educational objectives, contents, ways and mechanisms. The innovation of environment constantly strengthens the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and makes it more scientific, more effective and more standardized.
