工科院校大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)評價體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:工科高校重理輕文、重專業(yè)知識輕人文素質(zhì)的傾向,嚴重制約著學(xué)生全面素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)和提高,學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的缺失已經(jīng)成為一種不良的社會現(xiàn)象。研究基于工科院校大學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)較差的狀況,通過構(gòu)建工科院校大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)評價體系并進行實際調(diào)研,對學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)缺失的現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)生原因進行了深刻剖析,,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了加強工科大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)教育的有效途徑。 在查閱和整理大量國內(nèi)外有關(guān)人文素質(zhì)教育研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工科大學(xué)生實際情況,進行了深入探討。首先,在人文素質(zhì)的概念和內(nèi)涵存在爭議的情況下,通過文獻分析,歸納提煉、專家咨詢等方式界定了人文素質(zhì)的概念,并且進一步明確了工科大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)教育的目標。其次,通過理論分析、文獻回顧、層次分析法等科學(xué)方法構(gòu)建了工科大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)評價體系,確立了各指標分級評價標準及指標權(quán)重,初步建立了評價指標體系,包括道德素質(zhì)等6項一級指標及道德意識等18項二級指標。第三,通過選取河北工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)生為樣本進行人文素質(zhì)實測,初步驗證了工科大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)評價體系的合理性和可操作性。最后,結(jié)合具體的實測結(jié)果,提出了一些提高工科大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)的建議,為高校促進人文素質(zhì)教育的效果提供有益的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The tendency of paying more attention to management than literature to professional knowledge to humanistic quality in engineering colleges and universities has seriously restricted the cultivation and improvement of students' overall quality. The lack of humanistic literacy of students has become a bad social phenomenon. Based on the situation of poor humanistic literacy of engineering college students, this paper analyzes deeply the present situation and causes of the lack of humanistic literacy of students through constructing the evaluation system of humanistic quality of engineering college students and carrying out actual investigation. On this basis, it puts forward the effective way to strengthen the humanistic quality education of engineering college students. On the basis of consulting and sorting out a large number of literature about humanistic quality education at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of engineering college students, this paper makes a deep discussion. Firstly, the concept of humanistic quality is defined by literature analysis, induction, expert consultation and so on, and the goal of humanistic quality education for engineering college students is further clarified. Secondly, through theoretical analysis, literature review, analytic hierarchy process and other scientific methods, the evaluation system of humanistic quality of engineering college students is constructed, and the evaluation criteria and weights of each index are established, and the evaluation index system is preliminarily established. It includes 6 primary indexes such as moral quality and 18 secondary indexes such as moral consciousness. Thirdly, the rationality and maneuverability of the evaluation system of humanistic quality of engineering college students are preliminarily verified by selecting the students of Hebei University of Technology as the sample for the measurement of humanistic quality. Finally, some suggestions for improving the humanistic quality of engineering college students are put forward based on the actual results, which provide a useful reference value for the effect of promoting humanistic quality education in colleges and universities.
