【摘要】：孔子學(xué)院是漢語言文化推廣的非營(yíng)利教育機(jī)構(gòu)，肩負(fù)著漢文化推廣項(xiàng)目的重任。高校是培養(yǎng)高端人才的搖籃，高校也承擔(dān)著文化推廣的義務(wù)�，F(xiàn)階段，孔子學(xué)院在人力資源管理、專業(yè)管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理以及評(píng)估問題上存在一些發(fā)展障礙，影響了孔子學(xué)院的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本研究以孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展為重點(diǎn)，借鑒經(jīng)濟(jì)管理中的相關(guān)理論，提出有關(guān)孔子學(xué)院進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的可行思路。 由于孔子學(xué)院采取中外合作辦學(xué)的辦學(xué)模式，高校也是中外合作辦學(xué)的主體，而且二者同屬于非營(yíng)利教育機(jī)構(gòu)，因此，孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展與高校的發(fā)展密不可分。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟在某種程度上可以說是合作的高級(jí)形式，將中外高校合作辦學(xué)模式提升至中外高校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟高度，可以促進(jìn)以孔子學(xué)院發(fā)展為核心的中外高校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟的最大化和最優(yōu)化，孔子學(xué)院也將從聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展中獲得發(fā)展。 本研究在對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)了制約孔子學(xué)院進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的問題，在對(duì)孔子學(xué)院與高校以及孔子學(xué)院與中外合作辦學(xué)進(jìn)行研究基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展構(gòu)建中外高校合作辦學(xué)將是推動(dòng)孔子學(xué)院發(fā)展的新途徑，并進(jìn)一步分析出構(gòu)建中外高校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的具體方法，希望這些方法可以成為切實(shí)可行的促進(jìn)孔子學(xué)院進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的良好方法。
[Abstract]:Confucius Institute is a non-profit educational institution for the promotion of Chinese language and culture. Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating high-end talents, and they also undertake the obligation of cultural promotion. At present, there are some obstacles to the development of Confucius Institute in human resource management, professional management, financial management and evaluation, which affect the further development of Confucius Institute. This study focuses on the development of Confucius Institutes and draws lessons from the relevant theories in economic management and puts forward feasible ideas for the further development of Confucius Institutes. Because Confucius Institute adopts the mode of Sino-foreign cooperation in running a school, colleges and universities are also the main body of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and both belong to non-profit educational institutions. Therefore, the development of Confucius Institutes is closely related to the development of colleges and universities. To a certain extent, the strategic alliance can be said to be a high-level form of cooperation, which promotes the mode of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools to the height of the strategic alliance of Chinese and foreign universities. It can promote the strategic alliance of Chinese and foreign universities with the development of Confucius Institute as the core to maximize and optimize the alliance, and the Confucius Institute will also get the development from the development of the alliance. On the basis of the research on the development of Confucius Institutes, this study has found the problems that restrict the further development of Confucius Institutes. It is a new way to promote the development of Confucius Institutes on the basis of the research of Confucius Institutes and Colleges and Confucius Institutes and Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the concrete methods of constructing the strategic alliance between Chinese and foreign universities, and hopes that these methods can be a good way to promote the further development of Confucius Institutes.
