【摘要】：大學(xué)生法制教育一直是我國(guó)教育體系中馬克思主義思想政治教育的重要組成部分。在社會(huì)生活中，法律的重要地位日益突出，國(guó)家和個(gè)人都對(duì)此投以越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。法律素養(yǎng)是每個(gè)人應(yīng)具備的基本素養(yǎng)，大學(xué)時(shí)期是大學(xué)生世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，在此期間培養(yǎng)良好的法律素養(yǎng)尤為重要。因此，對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行法制教育十分必要。當(dāng)前，大多數(shù)大學(xué)生對(duì)法律的理解和把握已達(dá)到基本要求，但仍存在不足。從學(xué)校方面看，大學(xué)生法制教育開(kāi)展取得了一定成效，但從大學(xué)生自身的價(jià)值觀上看，法制教育效果有的還未見(jiàn)成效。因此，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生法制教育現(xiàn)狀就變得非常緊迫。 大學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的希望，他們肩負(fù)著構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的歷史重任。解決大學(xué)生法制教育所存在的問(wèn)題，，不僅能夠促進(jìn)思想政治教育體系的發(fā)展，更能滿足整個(gè)教育體系的發(fā)展要求。本文旨在思想政治教育視域中，分析大學(xué)生法制教育的內(nèi)涵及其與思想政治教育辯證關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法制教育所存在的問(wèn)題以及原因進(jìn)行具體深入分析，著力構(gòu)建出解決對(duì)策：切實(shí)調(diào)整大學(xué)生法制教育培養(yǎng)理念；完善大學(xué)生法制教育內(nèi)容；改進(jìn)大學(xué)生法制教育的實(shí)踐途徑；重視大學(xué)生法制教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；內(nèi)化大學(xué)生的法制觀念和法律意識(shí)。試圖為高校在思想政治教育視域中對(duì)大學(xué)生法制教育的改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和教育對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The legal education of college students has always been an important part of Marxist ideological and political education in the educational system of our country. In the social life, the important position of the law is increasingly prominent, the country and the individual all cast more and more attention to this. Legal literacy is the basic accomplishment that everyone should possess. The university period is the key period for the formation of university students' world outlook, outlook on life and values. It is particularly important to cultivate good legal literacy during this period. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out legal education for college students. At present, most college students' understanding and grasp of the law have reached the basic requirements, but there are still shortcomings. From the point of view of school, the legal education of college students has made some achievements, but from the view of their own values, the effect of legal education has not yet been effective. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen and improve the current situation of college students'legal education. College students are the hope of the motherland, they shoulder the historical responsibility of building a socialist harmonious society. Solving the problems existing in the legal education of college students can not only promote the development of the ideological and political education system, but also meet the development requirements of the whole education system. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the connotation of the legal education of college students and its dialectical relationship with the ideological and political education in the field of ideological and political education, and to analyze the problems and causes of the legal education of contemporary college students. The countermeasures should be put into practice: adjusting the concept of legal education of college students, perfecting the contents of legal education, improving the practical ways of the legal education of college students, paying attention to the construction of the teaching staff of the legal education of college students. Internalize the legal concept and legal consciousness of college students. This paper attempts to provide theoretical basis and educational countermeasures for the improvement and innovative development of college students' legal education in the field of ideological and political education.
