民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視及其政府規(guī)制研究
[Abstract]:The impact of the international financial crisis and the expansion of college enrollment not only affect the overall employment situation, but also bring many problems to the employment of college students. With the intensification of the competition for talents and the contradiction between supply and demand in the future, as an important part of higher education, private colleges and universities, the employment discrimination of graduates is increasingly prominent, and the pressure of employment competition is more intense. A considerable number of private college students employment means unemployment, employment situation is not optimistic. It is of positive theoretical and practical significance to promote social equity and the healthy development of private higher education, to avoid the waste of talents, to maintain social harmony and stability, and to promote the construction of socialist harmonious society. This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text. The present research situation at home and abroad is analyzed and evaluated. The main body has carried on the elaboration from three aspects: the first part has made the creative definition to the employment discrimination core concept and the theoretical foundation, separately elaborated the private university student employment discrimination the type and the essence. The second part discusses the employment situation of private college students in recent years from different fields, analyzes the current situation and social harm of employment discrimination of private college students from various angles, from the concept, system, In the aspects of policy and management, the causes of employment discrimination of private college students are deeply discussed and analyzed.
