【摘要】：國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的影響和高校的擴(kuò)招在影響總體就業(yè)狀況的同時(shí),給大學(xué)生就業(yè)也帶來(lái)了諸多問(wèn)題。隨著未來(lái)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)供需矛盾的加劇,作為高等教育重要組成部分的民辦高校,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)歧視問(wèn)題日益凸顯,就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力更為激烈,有相當(dāng)一部分民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)就意味著失業(yè),就業(yè)狀況不容樂(lè)觀。透過(guò)民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者理論研究和調(diào)查結(jié)論,探討和深化對(duì)就業(yè)歧視原因和政府規(guī)制的研究,對(duì)于保障民辦高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)平等權(quán)益,促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平和民辦高等教育健康發(fā)展,避免人才浪費(fèi),保持社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定,推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)具有積極理論意義和重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文分為緒論和正文兩大部分。緒論部分,主要在民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視現(xiàn)象的研究背景、意義、思路、內(nèi)容和方法等方面進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的有關(guān)就業(yè)歧視的研究情況梳理和整合的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。 正文從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述：第一部分對(duì)就業(yè)歧視的核心概念及理論基礎(chǔ)作了創(chuàng)造性界定,分別論述了民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的類型及本質(zhì)。第二部分從不同領(lǐng)域論述了近年民辦高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)概況,多角度分析了民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的現(xiàn)狀及其社會(huì)危害,從觀念、體制、政策和管理等方面對(duì)民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的原因進(jìn)行了深入探討和剖析。第三部分提出了規(guī)制民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的原則,從思想觀念、管理體制、就業(yè)政策、政府問(wèn)責(zé)、高校自身建設(shè)等方面提出了規(guī)制民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)歧視的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The impact of the international financial crisis and the expansion of college enrollment not only affect the overall employment situation, but also bring many problems to the employment of college students. With the intensification of the competition for talents and the contradiction between supply and demand in the future, as an important part of higher education, private colleges and universities, the employment discrimination of graduates is increasingly prominent, and the pressure of employment competition is more intense. A considerable number of private college students employment means unemployment, employment situation is not optimistic. It is of positive theoretical and practical significance to promote social equity and the healthy development of private higher education, to avoid the waste of talents, to maintain social harmony and stability, and to promote the construction of socialist harmonious society. This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text. The present research situation at home and abroad is analyzed and evaluated. The main body has carried on the elaboration from three aspects: the first part has made the creative definition to the employment discrimination core concept and the theoretical foundation, separately elaborated the private university student employment discrimination the type and the essence. The second part discusses the employment situation of private college students in recent years from different fields, analyzes the current situation and social harm of employment discrimination of private college students from various angles, from the concept, system, In the aspects of policy and management, the causes of employment discrimination of private college students are deeply discussed and analyzed.
