大學(xué)生個體特征對創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)影響機(jī)理的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)活動對一國的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展十分重要,它能夠促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長從而創(chuàng)造出大量新的工作機(jī)會。在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,國家要實(shí)施創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)活力,必須依靠大量的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。受過高等教育的大學(xué)生是知識型創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要潛在群體,然而我國大學(xué)生實(shí)際創(chuàng)業(yè)情況和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和以美國為代表的西方國家相比,差距十分明顯,需要積極的引導(dǎo)和提升。目前在學(xué)術(shù)界,對大學(xué)生個體特征這一對創(chuàng)業(yè)行為產(chǎn)生重要影響的因素研究不足,有關(guān)個體特征對創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的影響仍顯不足,,同時也缺乏對創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)影響機(jī)理的實(shí)證研究。 本文圍繞著“大學(xué)生個體特征如何影響其創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)”這一基本研究問題,在回顧相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了個體特征、創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感與創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的研究模型,并通過問卷調(diào)查獲得了258份有效數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析、多元線性回歸等統(tǒng)計方法對研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。并通過溫忠麟等介紹的中介檢驗(yàn)方法考察創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感對個體特征和創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的中介效應(yīng)。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)成就需要、創(chuàng)新精神、人際交往能力、發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)會能力對機(jī)會識別效能感有顯著的正向影響;(2)風(fēng)險偏好、創(chuàng)新精神,人際交往能力對風(fēng)險容忍效能感有顯著的正向影響;(3)機(jī)會識別效能感和風(fēng)險容忍效能感均對創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)有顯著的正向影響;(4)內(nèi)控傾向與創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感各維度沒有顯著相關(guān)性;(5)創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感對個體特征和創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)具有部分中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial activity is very important to the economic and social development of a country. It can promote the growth of regional economy and create a large number of new job opportunities. In the era of knowledge economy, the country must rely on a large number of innovative entrepreneurial activities in order to implement innovative entrepreneurial strategy and enhance economic vitality. College students with higher education are an important potential group for knowledge-based entrepreneurship. However, compared with the western countries represented by the United States, the actual entrepreneurial situation and entrepreneurial ability of college students in our country are quite different, and need to be actively guided and promoted. At present, in academic circles, there is a lack of research on the factors that have an important impact on entrepreneurial behavior, the influence of individual characteristics on entrepreneurial motivation is still insufficient, and there is also a lack of empirical research on the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation. This paper focuses on the basic research of "how the individual characteristics of college students influence their entrepreneurial motivation". On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature, this paper constructs a research model of individual characteristics, entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation. 258 valid data were obtained by questionnaire, and the hypothesis was verified by factor analysis and multivariate linear regression. The intermediary effect of entrepreneurial efficacy on individual characteristics and entrepreneurial motivation was investigated by the intermediary test method introduced by Wen Zhonglin. The results show that: (1) achievement needs, innovation spirit, interpersonal skills, opportunity ability have significant positive effects on opportunity recognition efficacy; (2) risk preference, innovation spirit, Interpersonal communication ability has significant positive influence on risk tolerance efficacy; (3) opportunity recognition efficacy and risk tolerance efficacy have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial motivation; (4) there is no significant correlation between internal control propensity and entrepreneurial efficacy. (5) Entrepreneurial efficacy has partial intermediary effect on individual characteristics and entrepreneurial motivation.
