輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論研究

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及和發(fā)展,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成為大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識、獲取信息、表達(dá)思想、交流感情的重要渠道。高校師生以網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體為載體,通過網(wǎng)上發(fā)帖、回復(fù)、關(guān)注等網(wǎng)絡(luò)方式,對自身或他人關(guān)注的問題所表現(xiàn)出來的意見的總和構(gòu)成了狹義上的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論。廣義上的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論是指高校師生普遍關(guān)注或參與的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論。校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境對大學(xué)生健康成長成才具有深刻的影響。 高校輔導(dǎo)員是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大學(xué)生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的組織者、實施者和指導(dǎo)者。全力促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長成才既是輔導(dǎo)員的工作要求,也是輔導(dǎo)員價值的體現(xiàn)。輔導(dǎo)員利用博客開展引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論工作,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下做好輔導(dǎo)員工作的客觀要求。狹義上的輔導(dǎo)員博客是指高校政治輔導(dǎo)員用于開展大學(xué)生日常思想政治教育等工作的博客。廣義上的輔導(dǎo)員博客是指以輔導(dǎo)員工作身份,采用博客或類似博客的網(wǎng)絡(luò)形式,通過網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下互動,有針對性地對學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺。輔導(dǎo)員博客的特征以及輔導(dǎo)員的工作特點,決定了依托輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論有利于明晰高校輔導(dǎo)員博客的定位與發(fā)展方向,有利于構(gòu)建積極向上的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境,有利于促進(jìn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育發(fā)展,有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長成才 本文綜合運用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、問卷調(diào)查法、個別訪談法、實證研究法、對比研究法等研究方法,從輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論現(xiàn)狀入手,系統(tǒng)分析了輔導(dǎo)員博客承載引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論功能,以及引導(dǎo)對象、引導(dǎo)內(nèi)容、引導(dǎo)方式、引導(dǎo)效果現(xiàn)狀。以大連理工大學(xué)為例,對在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層抽樣,以學(xué)生為視角,基于社會心理學(xué)的說服理論,從輔導(dǎo)員日常工作基礎(chǔ)評價、輔導(dǎo)員博客內(nèi)容、輔導(dǎo)員博客構(gòu)建平臺訪問頻率、學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息獲取與傳播行為等維度論述了輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的影響因素。結(jié)合輿論學(xué)中的輿論形成過程理論和傳播學(xué)中的議程設(shè)置理論,以及大學(xué)生思想政治教育和輔導(dǎo)員工作實際,提出了發(fā)揮輔導(dǎo)員引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的主力軍作用,豐富輔導(dǎo)員博客構(gòu)建樣式,合理設(shè)置輔導(dǎo)員博客議程,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)觀教育,構(gòu)建輔導(dǎo)員博客輿論場、運用輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論典型方法等對策,以增強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員博客引導(dǎo)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的實效。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and development of the Internet and other information networks, the network has become an important channel for college students to learn knowledge, obtain information, express ideas and exchange feelings. College teachers and students take the network media as the carrier, through the online posting, reply, concern and other network means, the sum of views on the issues of concern to themselves or others constitute the narrow campus network public opinion. In a broad sense, campus network public opinion refers to the network public opinion that teachers and students in colleges and universities pay attention to or participate in. Campus network public opinion environment has a profound impact on the healthy growth of college students. College counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, the organizers, implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students. To promote the healthy growth of college students is not only the work requirement of counselors, but also the embodiment of counselors' value. Using blog to guide campus public opinion is an objective requirement for counselors to do a good job in network environment. In a narrow sense, the counselor blog refers to the blog used by college political counselors to carry out the daily ideological and political education of college students. In a broad sense, counselors blog refers to the network platform of ideological and political education for students through the interaction between online and offline through the work status of counselors, using the network form of blog or similar blog. The characteristics of counselors blog and the work characteristics of counselors determine that relying on counselors blog to guide campus network public opinion is helpful to clarify the orientation and development direction of college counselors blog and to build a positive campus network public opinion environment. It is beneficial to promote the development of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to promote the healthy growth of college students. This paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature reference, questionnaire survey, individual interview, and empirical research. By comparing the research methods and other research methods, this paper starts with the current situation of the guidance of campus network public opinion by the counselors blog, and systematically analyzes the function of the counselors blog carrying and guiding campus network public opinion, as well as the guiding object, the guiding content, the guiding way and the current situation of guiding effect. Taking Dalian University of Technology as an example, stratified sampling is carried out to the students. Based on the theory of persuasion of social psychology, the basic evaluation of counselors' daily work, the content of counselors' blogs, and the frequency of visiting the platform for constructing counselors' blogs are discussed. This paper discusses the influence factors of the guidance of campus network public opinion by counselors blog in the dimensions of students' network information acquisition and communication behavior. Combined with the theory of forming process of public opinion in public opinion and the theory of agenda setting in communication, as well as the ideological and political education of college students and the practice of counselors' work, this paper puts forward the main role of counselors in guiding the public opinion on campus network. Enriching the style of counselors' blog construction, setting up the counselors' blog agenda rationally, strengthening the college students' network view education, constructing the counselors' blog public opinion field, using the counselors' blog to guide the typical methods of the campus network public opinion, etc. In order to enhance the guidance of the instructor blog campus network public opinion effectiveness.
