【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)的加快,高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)進(jìn)入了蓬勃發(fā)展的新階段。為更好的發(fā)揮高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的使用效率,加強(qiáng)對實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用的評價(jià)成為高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備管理越來越重要的課題。本文以五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的使用效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系為研究對象,加強(qiáng)對高等院校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理的基礎(chǔ)研究,對科學(xué)評價(jià)高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的使用效率有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文首先分析了五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究的社會背景、實(shí)際意義和國內(nèi)外最新研究現(xiàn)狀,接著從實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理的理論出發(fā),詳細(xì)論述了高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備、高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率、使用效率的評價(jià)體系和設(shè)備管理理論。為研究五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率指標(biāo)體系打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 然后,通過比較分析研究了我國高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理的現(xiàn)狀,以及設(shè)備使用效率存在的問題,進(jìn)一步介紹了五邑大學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀以及五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理方面存在的問題,通過現(xiàn)有的高校實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備績效考核分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理存在的問題及根本原因,最終提出完善實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備考核制度體系是提高實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用的效率的根本途徑。 接著,進(jìn)行五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì),選取合適的指標(biāo),并通過專家打分法和層次分析法相結(jié)合的方法設(shè)計(jì)權(quán)重,最終得到五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率指標(biāo)體系,最后為保障使用效率指標(biāo)體系的順利執(zhí)行,并制定了相應(yīng)的規(guī)章體制。 論文創(chuàng)新之處在于用定性與定量的結(jié)合方法構(gòu)建了一套科學(xué)合理、符合實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的五邑大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備使用效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,評價(jià)的結(jié)果減少了評價(jià)過程中的人為因素的不確定性,提高了評價(jià)結(jié)果的可信度和準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of university laboratory construction, university laboratory construction has entered a new stage of vigorous development. In order to give full play to the efficiency of laboratory equipment in colleges and universities, strengthening the evaluation of the use of experimental equipment has become a more and more important issue in the management of laboratory equipment in colleges and universities. This paper takes the evaluation index system of the experimental equipment of Wuyi University as the research object, strengthens the basic research on the management of the experimental equipment in colleges and universities, and has very important practical significance for scientifically evaluating the efficiency of the experimental equipment in colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the social background, practical significance and the latest research status of the evaluation index system of the efficiency of experimental equipment in Wuyi University. Then, from the theory of experimental equipment management, it discusses the experimental equipment in universities in detail. The evaluation system and equipment management theory of experimental equipment in colleges and universities. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the efficiency index system of experimental equipment in Wuyi University. Then, through the comparative analysis of the current situation of experimental equipment management in colleges and universities in China, and the problems existing in the use efficiency of the equipment, the paper further introduces the present situation of Wuyi University and the problems existing in the management of experimental equipment in Wuyi University. Based on the existing evaluation index system of the efficiency of experimental equipment in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the performance evaluation of experimental equipment in Wuyi University, and finds out the problems and root causes of the management of experimental equipment in Wuyi University. Finally, it is put forward that perfecting the examination system of experimental equipment is the fundamental way to improve the efficiency of the use of experimental equipment. Then, the paper designs the index system of the experimental equipment efficiency of Wuyi University, selects the appropriate index, and designs the weight by the combination of expert scoring method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Finally, the index system of the efficiency of experimental equipment in Wuyi University is obtained, and the corresponding regulation system is established to ensure the smooth implementation of the efficiency index system. The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the efficiency of the experimental equipment of Wuyi University, which accords with the characteristics of laboratory development by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The evaluation results reduce the uncertainty of human factors in the evaluation process and improve the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results.
