【摘要】：在高校的財(cái)務(wù)管理中,預(yù)算管理是其重要的組成部分,有效的預(yù)算管理能夠提高高校的財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,從而促進(jìn)高校各項(xiàng)工作的健康發(fā)展。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,高校進(jìn)行了教育體制改革,在公共財(cái)政體制也在不斷的深化改革的形勢(shì)下,高�，F(xiàn)試行的會(huì)計(jì)制度已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)發(fā)展的需求,由此,財(cái)政部出臺(tái)了《高校會(huì)計(jì)制度》。在本文中,分析了當(dāng)前高校預(yù)算管理存在的問題,根據(jù)問題提出了加強(qiáng)預(yù)算管理的措施。
[Abstract]:In the financial management of colleges and universities, budget management is an important part of it. Effective budget management can improve the level of financial management of colleges and universities, thereby promoting the healthy development of the work of colleges and universities. With the development of social economy, colleges and universities have carried out the reform of the educational system. Under the situation of deepening the reform of the public financial system, the accounting system currently being tried out in colleges and universities has been unable to meet the needs of development. The Ministry of Finance issued the Accounting system in Colleges and Universities. In this paper, the problems existing in the budget management of colleges and universities are analyzed, and the measures to strengthen the budget management are put forward according to the problems.
