【摘要】：美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院是美國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,具有雙重功能,即轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)教育功能和職業(yè)教育功能。他們使美國(guó)高等教育得以普及化和大眾化,最大限度的體現(xiàn)了教育的公平性,使社區(qū)學(xué)院歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展后仍在美國(guó)的教育體系中占有至關(guān)重要的地位。轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)教育功能是社區(qū)學(xué)院的基本功能,而職業(yè)教育功能則是社區(qū)學(xué)院的核心功能,這二者并非割裂開(kāi)來(lái),而是相互轉(zhuǎn)換,相輔相成的。社區(qū)學(xué)院的雙重功能使社區(qū)學(xué)院成為普通四年制大學(xué)的初級(jí)階段,使學(xué)生在社區(qū)學(xué)院獲得本科教育前的基礎(chǔ)教育,之后有機(jī)會(huì)升入四年制普通高校,也使沒(méi)有繼續(xù)獲得更高層次學(xué)歷需要的人,畢業(yè)后能找到工作。 我國(guó)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育始于20世紀(jì)80年代,發(fā)展迅速。本文通過(guò)分析代表美國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)特色的社區(qū)學(xué)院轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)及職業(yè)教育功能的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),為解決我國(guó)高職院校辦學(xué)目標(biāo)及功能單一等問(wèn)題提出一些建議,為我國(guó)的高職院校今后的發(fā)展和完善提供相關(guān)理論支持。 本文共分五個(gè)部分,第一部分包括了問(wèn)題的提出、研究目的及意義,相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,以及研究的思路和方法等內(nèi)容。第二部分介紹了美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院雙重功能的形成與發(fā)展,社區(qū)學(xué)院雙重功能的確立、產(chǎn)生背景及發(fā)展歷程。第三部分分析了美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院雙重功能的特征并對(duì)此做出了評(píng)價(jià),分析了雙重功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,基本特征與作用。第四部分主要從文化背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及教育傳統(tǒng)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)社區(qū)學(xué)院雙重功能的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行了分析。第五部分通過(guò)以上四部分的分析對(duì)美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)教育功能及職業(yè)教育功能產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及其作用得出了結(jié)論。分析我國(guó)高職院校的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,結(jié)合美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)及職業(yè)教育功能的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校辦學(xué)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:American community college is an important part of American higher education, which has dual functions, namely transfer education function and vocational education function. They make American higher education popularized and popularized, which reflects the fairness of education to the maximum extent, and makes community colleges still play a vital role in the American education system after a hundred years of development. The transfer education function is the basic function of the community college, while the vocational education function is the core function of the community college. The dual function of the community college makes the community college the primary stage of the ordinary four-year university, and enables the students to obtain the basic education before undergraduate education in the community college, and then have the opportunity to advance to the four-year ordinary university. It also enables those who do not need a higher degree to find a job after graduation. China's higher vocational and technical education began in the 1980's and developed rapidly. By analyzing the successful experience of community college transfer and the function of vocational education, which represents the characteristics of higher vocational education in the United States, this paper puts forward some suggestions for solving the problems such as the goal and function of running a higher vocational college in our country. To provide relevant theoretical support for the future development and improvement of higher vocational colleges in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part includes the questions raised, the purpose and significance of the research, the related literature review, as well as the ideas and methods of the research. The second part introduces the formation and development of the dual function of the American community college, the establishment of the dual function of the community college, the background of its emergence and the course of its development. The third part analyzes and evaluates the dual function of American community colleges, and analyzes the ways, basic features and functions of the dual function. The fourth part mainly analyzes the emergence and development factors of the dual function of community colleges from the aspects of cultural background, economic development and educational tradition. In the fifth part, the author draws a conclusion about the function of transfer education and vocational education in American community colleges through the analysis of the above four parts. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of higher vocational colleges in China, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the problems in the course of running higher vocational colleges in our country, combining with the successful experience of transfer and vocational education functions of American community colleges.
