高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)80年代末,我國興起了對目標(biāo)管理理論進(jìn)行研究的熱潮,許多專家和學(xué)者嘗試將其應(yīng)用到高校管理中,但隨著我國高校的擴(kuò)招、高等學(xué)校的合并和重組,伴隨著出現(xiàn)了許多亟待解決的問題。本研究從高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)、價(jià)值和原則等相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)入手,通過分析高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理的現(xiàn)狀及其原因,力圖通過目標(biāo)管理等理論的指導(dǎo)作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理的科學(xué)化、人性化。 高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理研究,首先有利于思想政治教育學(xué)科基本理論和體系的完善和深入,促進(jìn)思想政治教育管理的科學(xué)化進(jìn)程;其次進(jìn)一步拓寬了目標(biāo)管理理論的應(yīng)用范圍,增強(qiáng)該理論的生命力;最后不僅有助于提升思想政治教育管理的地位和作用,為決策管理和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等高校管理提供有價(jià)值的參考,還有助于高校思政管理工作的順利完成,增強(qiáng)高校管理工作的實(shí)效性。 本研究在研究方法上采用的主要是文獻(xiàn)分析法和理論分析法相結(jié)合的方法,論文由以下幾個(gè)部分組成: 首先是本研究的緒論部分,包括選題背景、意義及研究現(xiàn)狀等。前人有關(guān)高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理的研究成果為本文提供了極有價(jià)值的參考。 接著是本研究涉及到的相關(guān)概念的界定和理論基礎(chǔ)的論述。在對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定的同時(shí)闡述了論文的理論基礎(chǔ)——目標(biāo)管理理論,并初步分析了理論對高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理的指導(dǎo)意義。 再次論述了高校思政目標(biāo)管理實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀及其原因探析,是文章的重點(diǎn)。高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理存在的諸如目標(biāo)內(nèi)容籠統(tǒng)、目標(biāo)規(guī)劃混亂、目標(biāo)制定形式化、目標(biāo)實(shí)施超穩(wěn)定、主體性缺失等問題,,影響了高校思政教育目標(biāo)管理的科學(xué)化進(jìn)行,究其原因不外乎社會原因、高校管理體制存在的問題和大學(xué)生自身三方面的原因。 最后推行目標(biāo)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理科學(xué)化,是文章的落腳點(diǎn),也是重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。針對高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)管理存在的問題及原因分析,得出高校管理工作科學(xué)化的路徑選擇——采用科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)思想和管理理論、制定科學(xué)的目標(biāo)管理體系、建立完善的工作機(jī)制、發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主體作用,培養(yǎng)他們自我管理的能力,從而推進(jìn)高校思政教育目標(biāo)管理科學(xué)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校管理工作的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:At the end of 1980s, there was an upsurge of research on the theory of target management in China. Many experts and scholars tried to apply it to the management of colleges and universities, but with the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the merger and reorganization of institutions of higher learning. With the emergence of many problems to be solved. This research starts with the connotation, characteristics, values and principles of the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the present situation and reasons of the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper tries to realize the scientific and humanization of the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities through the guiding role of the theory of objective management. The research on the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is beneficial to the perfection and deepening of the basic theory and system of the subject of ideological and political education, and to the scientific process of the management of ideological and political education. Secondly, it further widens the scope of application of the objective management theory and strengthens the vitality of the theory. Finally, it is not only helpful to enhance the status and role of ideological and political education management, It can provide valuable reference for university management such as decision-making management and team building. It is also helpful to the successful completion of ideological and political management in colleges and universities and to enhance the effectiveness of university management. The research methods are mainly the combination of literature analysis and theoretical analysis. The paper is composed of the following parts: first, the introduction of this study, including the background of the topic, Significance and research status. The previous research results on the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities provide a valuable reference for this paper. Then the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts involved in this study are discussed. While defining the related concepts, this paper expounds the theoretical foundation of the thesis, the theory of objective management, and preliminarily analyzes the guiding significance of the theory to the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is the focus of the article to discuss the present situation and reasons of the implementation of ideological and political objective management in colleges and universities. The problems in the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as the general content of the goal, the confusion of the goal planning, the formalization of the goal formulation, the super stability of the implementation of the goal and the lack of subjectivity, have affected the scientific implementation of the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The reasons are nothing more than social reasons, the problems existing in the management system of colleges and universities and the three reasons of college students themselves. Finally, carrying out the goal management and realizing the scientific management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the foothold of the article, as well as the emphasis and difficulty. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the objective management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the scientific path selection of the management work in colleges and universities is obtained, that is, the scientific guiding ideology and management theory are adopted to formulate a scientific target management system. In order to promote the scientific management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to establish a perfect working mechanism, give full play to the main role of college students and cultivate their ability of self-management, so as to realize the actual effect of the management in colleges and universities.
