大學(xué)生“灰色技能”就業(yè)現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,越來(lái)越開(kāi)放的大學(xué)校園不斷受到各種社會(huì)不良風(fēng)氣的侵染,再加之日趨嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),大學(xué)生不得不利用各種途徑參與到就業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之中。于是,利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)的現(xiàn)象也浮之水面,并有愈演愈烈的趨勢(shì)。 研究大學(xué)生利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)的現(xiàn)象,有利于在還原這一現(xiàn)象的同時(shí)并對(duì)其客觀評(píng)價(jià),改變完全支持和完全否定的既有定論,為大學(xué)生正確就業(yè)提供參考和借鑒。之前關(guān)于“灰色技能”還沒(méi)有形成系統(tǒng)的研究,只是零星地出現(xiàn)在各類報(bào)道之中,更缺乏從大學(xué)生就業(yè)的角度對(duì)其全面研究。 具體來(lái)講,大學(xué)生利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)的現(xiàn)象呈現(xiàn)以下一些特點(diǎn):一是從整體來(lái)看,大學(xué)生對(duì)“灰色技能”的認(rèn)知度和認(rèn)可度都偏高,從大學(xué)生內(nèi)部的性別、學(xué)科及家庭背景來(lái)看對(duì)“灰色技能”的了解度無(wú)明顯差異,只是在具體的利用過(guò)程中存在著城鄉(xiāng)背景上的差異;二是這一現(xiàn)象在大學(xué)生就業(yè)的總體過(guò)程中數(shù)量不多,即是利用度不高,但卻清晰地顯示著它的客觀存在;三是大學(xué)生利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)的現(xiàn)象呈逐漸擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì);四是大學(xué)生對(duì)于利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)現(xiàn)象的態(tài)度存在褒貶兩個(gè)極端。 對(duì)于大學(xué)生“灰色技能”就業(yè)這一客觀現(xiàn)象,我們并不一定要存在完全褒貶的偏激態(tài)度,大學(xué)生“灰色技能”就業(yè)的現(xiàn)象本身也并不應(yīng)該完全否定,但是當(dāng)大學(xué)生一味地迎合某些不良社會(huì)風(fēng)氣而放松專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),專注于“灰色技能”的修習(xí)并完全依靠其就業(yè)的時(shí)候,就極有必要對(duì)大學(xué)生利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)開(kāi)展以教育為主導(dǎo)、社會(huì)和家庭共同努力的引導(dǎo)和教育。 教育方面,要積極開(kāi)設(shè)處世哲學(xué)課程和職前教育課程,尤其是職前實(shí)踐課程,同時(shí)努力凈化校園環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的誠(chéng)信教育,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生正確的就業(yè)觀;社會(huì)方面,規(guī)范用人單位招聘,杜絕大學(xué)生利用“灰色技能”就業(yè)的空間,同時(shí)要依靠政府整治不良的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣;家庭方面要積極教育引導(dǎo),同時(shí),也要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的自我教育。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more open university campus is constantly infected by various social unhealthy atmosphere, coupled with the increasingly severe employment situation, college students have to use various ways to participate in the employment competition. As a result, the use of "gray skills" employment phenomenon also floated, and there is a growing trend. The study of the phenomenon of college students using "gray skills" in employment is conducive to the restoration of this phenomenon and the objective evaluation of it, to change the existing conclusion of complete support and negation, and to provide reference and reference for the correct employment of college students. Prior to the "gray skills" has not formed a systematic study, but scattered in all kinds of reports, more lack of a comprehensive study from the perspective of employment of college students. Specifically, the phenomenon of college students using "gray skills" to obtain employment presents the following characteristics: first, from the overall point of view, college students have a high degree of recognition and recognition of "gray skills," from the inside of the university students' gender, In terms of subject and family background, there is no significant difference in the degree of understanding of "gray skills", but there are differences between urban and rural backgrounds in the process of specific utilization; second, the number of this phenomenon in the overall process of college students' employment is not large. That is, the degree of utilization is not high, but it clearly shows its objective existence, third, the phenomenon of university students using "gray skills" employment is gradually expanding; Fourth, there are two extremes in the attitude of college students to the employment phenomenon of using gray skills. As for the objective phenomenon of "gray skills" employment of college students, we do not have to have a radical attitude, and the phenomenon of "gray skills" employment of college students should not be completely negated. But when college students blindly cater to some bad social atmosphere and relax their professional studies, they focus on "gray skills" and rely entirely on their employment. Therefore, it is necessary to guide and educate college students by taking advantage of "gray skills" employment, leading by education and making joint efforts of society and family. In education, we should actively set up philosophy of life course and pre-service education course, especially pre-service practice course, at the same time, we should try hard to purify the campus environment, strengthen the honesty education of college students, train students' correct view of employment, and social aspect, In order to standardize the employment of employing units, to put an end to the space for college students to take advantage of "gray skills" and to rely on the government to rectify the bad social atmosphere, the family should be actively educated and the self-education of college students should be strengthened.
