馬克思主義實踐觀視閾下的大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐研究

【摘要】:以德國古典哲學為理論來源的馬克思主義實踐觀,吸收了康德、費希特、黑格爾、費爾巴哈等哲學先驅們理論中的合理內核,經歷了萌生、深化和成熟三個階段的發(fā)展后最終誕生,可謂是站在巨人的肩膀上,實現了質的飛躍。馬克思實踐觀的誕生標志著新世界觀的產生,奠定了人認識和把握世界的基礎、人實現自身價值的基礎以及人類哲學思想的基礎,并實現了本體論與認識論的統(tǒng)一、自然觀與歷史觀的統(tǒng)一、唯物論與辯證法的統(tǒng)一,被認為是“馬克思主義哲學的立足點和生長點”。在西方資本主義工人運動、中國的新民主主義革命和社會主義革命中都起到了旗幟鮮明的引導作用,并被實踐證明是科學的世界觀和方法論。在以創(chuàng)新力和創(chuàng)造力為競爭主體的新知識經濟時代,馬克思主義實踐觀依然表現出其強有力的科學性和鮮明的時代特色,以與時俱進的姿態(tài)指導著我國社會主義建設科學發(fā)展。 馬克思主義實踐觀“三要素”論以及主客體轉換規(guī)律被認為是其實踐觀體系中的精髓,是以立體的、動態(tài)的建構模式描述了其觀點中對于主體的決定性、客體的能動性、實踐活動的媒介作用的認識,不僅為實踐活動樹立了“實現人的全面發(fā)展”這一最終的目標要求和最根本的需要,更為人們全面、深刻的認識外部世界和有效的改造外部世界提供了科學方法。因此,本文主要以上述觀點入手對當前大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動的現狀、發(fā)展瓶頸進行系統(tǒng)分析和論證,認為我國大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動起步晚、底子薄,創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐理論研究不到位,創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動也存在創(chuàng)業(yè)主體方面“三項缺乏”、創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動“兩不到位”、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境建設“兩待加強”,大多數活動模式是借鑒西方創(chuàng)業(yè)模式的“舶來品”。因此,應當以馬克思主義實踐觀為指導,,深刻認識創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動的基本規(guī)律,堅持以人為本,推動創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng);重視實踐育人,促進創(chuàng)業(yè)主體個體性和社會性的自我生成;加強環(huán)境優(yōu)化,促進大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)者素質提升和全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Marxist view of practice, which originated from German classical philosophy, absorbed the rational core of Kant, Fichte, Hegel, Feuerbach and so on. The final birth of the three stages of deepening and maturing can be described as standing on the shoulders of giants and achieving a qualitative leap. The birth of Marx's view of practice marked the birth of a new world outlook, which laid the foundation for man to understand and grasp the world, to realize his own value and to realize the foundation of human philosophy, and to realize the unity of ontology and epistemology. The unity of the view of nature and history, the unity of materialism and dialectics is regarded as the foothold and growth point of Marxist philosophy. In the western capitalist workers' movement, China's new democratic revolution and socialist revolution have played a clear-cut guiding role, and have been proved to be scientific world outlook and methodology by practice. In the new era of knowledge economy in which innovation and creativity are the main body of competition, Marxist view of practice still shows its strong scientific nature and distinctive characteristics of the times, and guides the scientific development of socialist construction in our country with the posture of keeping pace with the times. The theory of "three elements" of Marxist view of practice and the law of transformation between subject and object are considered to be the quintessence of its system of view of practice, which describes the decisive role of the subject and the initiative of the object in its viewpoint in a three-dimensional and dynamic construction mode. The recognition of the media function of practical activities not only sets up the ultimate goal and the most fundamental need of "realizing the all-round development of human beings", but also makes people more comprehensive. Profound understanding of the external world and effective transformation of the external world provides a scientific method. Therefore, this article mainly starts with the above viewpoint to carry on the systematic analysis and the demonstration to the present university student entrepreneurship practice present situation, the development bottleneck carries on the system analysis and the argument, thinks our country university student entrepreneurship practice activity starts late, the foundation is thin, the entrepreneurship practice theory research is not in place. There are also "three shortages" in entrepreneurial practice activities, "two not in place" in entrepreneurial practice activities, and "two in need of strengthening" in the construction of entrepreneurial environment. Most of the activity models are "imported goods" from western entrepreneurial models. Therefore, under the guidance of Marxist view of practice, we should deeply understand the basic laws of entrepreneurial practice, adhere to people-oriented, promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, attach importance to practical education, and promote the self-formation of individual and social subjects of entrepreneurship. Strengthen environment optimization, promote university student entrepreneur quality promotion and all-round development.
