論大學(xué)生資助工作的育人功能

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展和高等教育收費(fèi)制度的改革,家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了“上學(xué)難”問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而引發(fā)了大學(xué)生思想上、行為上的一系列相關(guān)問(wèn)題,給大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展和大學(xué)生思想政治教育帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。大學(xué)生資助工作應(yīng)勢(shì)而誕生,堅(jiān)持解決思想問(wèn)題與解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題相結(jié)合,體現(xiàn)了黨和政府對(duì)于大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)心、關(guān)懷和愛(ài)護(hù),切實(shí)解決了家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生就學(xué)問(wèn)題,維護(hù)了高校和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。學(xué)校教育,育人為本。大學(xué)生資助工作不僅解決大學(xué)生順利求學(xué)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,更緊緊圍繞“育人”這一中心,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生養(yǎng)成正確的思想道德、提升大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),確保大學(xué)生順利成長(zhǎng)成才。 圍繞“大學(xué)生資助工作的育人功能”這一核心命題,文章研究的主要內(nèi)容如下 第一章:大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和研究意義。科學(xué)界定“大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能”是全文研究的前提和基礎(chǔ),本章在對(duì)“大學(xué)生資助工作”概念分析的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,分析了研究此問(wèn)題的重要意義。 第二章:大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的立論基礎(chǔ)。本命題的成立立足于當(dāng)前大學(xué)生資助工作育人的現(xiàn)狀分析,以及關(guān)于此問(wèn)題的相關(guān)理論概述,主要說(shuō)明研究大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。 第三章:大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的主要體現(xiàn)。這一問(wèn)題是全文研究的重點(diǎn),主要論述大學(xué)生資助工作的育人功能是指它的思想政治教育功能,具體體現(xiàn)為大學(xué)生資助工作的思想導(dǎo)向功能、精神激勵(lì)功能、心理疏導(dǎo)功能、情感激發(fā)功能和品格塑造功能。 第四章:大學(xué)生資助工作育人功能的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)。這是全文研究的難點(diǎn),也是本文研究的最終落腳點(diǎn),主要解答如何更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生資助工作的育人功能,提出了三個(gè)路徑:一是要始終遵循“三全育人”的基本原則;二是要不斷拓展資助育人的實(shí)踐路徑;三是要堅(jiān)持運(yùn)用資助育人的多種方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education and the reform of higher education charge system, the problem of "school difficulty" appears among the students with financial difficulties in their families, which leads to a series of related problems in the ideological and behavioral aspects of college students. It brings new challenges to the overall development of college students and ideological and political education of college students. College student financial aid work should be born by the situation. The combination of solving ideological problems and solving practical problems reflects the concern, care and love of the Party and the government for the healthy growth of college students, and effectively solves the problem of school attendance for students with financial difficulties in their families. Maintain the stability of colleges and universities and society. The school education, educates the person as the foundation. The work of college student financial aid not only solves the practical problem of college students' study smoothly, but also closely revolves around the center of "educating people", guides the college students to develop correct ideology and morality, promotes the comprehensive quality of college students, and ensures the smooth growth and development of college students. The main contents of this paper are as follows: chapter 1: the scientific connotation and research significance of the educational function of college students' financial aid work. It is the premise and foundation of the full text research to define scientifically "the education function of the university student aid work". Based on the analysis of the concept of "university student aid work", this chapter analyzes the scientific connotation of the education function of the university student financial aid work. The significance of studying this problem is analyzed. The second chapter: the foundation of the educational function of college students. The establishment of this proposition is based on the analysis of the current situation of the education of college students' financial aid work, as well as an overview of the relevant theories on this issue, which mainly explains the theoretical and practical basis for the study of the educational function of college students' financial aid work. The third chapter: the main embodiment of the education function of the university student aid work. This question is the focal point of the full text research, mainly discusses the education function of the university student financial aid work refers to its ideological and political education function, concretely manifests as the ideological guidance function, the spirit encouragement function, the psychological guidance function of the university student financial aid work. Emotional stimulation function and character building function. Chapter four: the effective realization of the educational function of college students'aid work. This is the difficulty of the full text research, is also the final foothold of this research, mainly answers how to better realize the education function of the university student aid work, has proposed three paths: first, must always follow the "three full education" basic principle; The second is to continuously expand the practical path of educational aid, and the third is to persist in the use of various methods.
