【摘要】：河南省民辦高等教育起步于上個世紀的八十年代,經(jīng)過近30年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為全省高等教育事業(yè)不可或缺的重要組成部分,有力地推動了全省高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 盡管河南省民辦高等教育已經(jīng)取得了重要的成就,但毋庸諱言,目前我省民辦高等教育在發(fā)展中還面臨著諸多問題和困難。因此,探討解決問題的對策和建議,這正是本研究的要旨所在。 本文從河南省民辦高等教育的發(fā)展歷程入手,對不同時期民辦高等教育發(fā)展狀況及特點進行分析研究,探討了改革開放后河南民辦高校的歷史演進軌跡,并以K校為典型范本進行分析,在研究過程中,根據(jù)K校的發(fā)展歷程,在充分肯定該校所取得成就的同時,分析探討了該校所遇到的難題：即生源錯位競爭；所處生存環(huán)境較為惡劣；長期受師資隊伍問題的困擾等。 本文在借鑒民辦高等教育相關(guān)理論、研究成果和充分搜集資料的基礎(chǔ)上,采用定量分析與定性分析法、文獻研究法、比較分析法及實地訪談?wù){(diào)查法,客觀地分析探討河南省民辦高校發(fā)展過程中所存在的突出問題,諸如民辦教育法規(guī)政策缺位、辦學理念與管理問題、社會認可度低、師資力量薄弱、生源壓力大、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)矛盾突出等,并深入剖析了造成這些問題的原因所在。 在借鑒現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究成果和觀點的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合河南民辦高校發(fā)展的實際情況,提出了解決問題的策略選擇：完善民辦高等教育的法規(guī)制度、更新經(jīng)營觀念強化管理、樹立品牌意識提高民辦高校核心競爭力、優(yōu)化教師結(jié)構(gòu)提高教師待遇、穩(wěn)定招生規(guī)模走內(nèi)涵發(fā)展之路、多渠道解決好就業(yè)問題等。筆者確信,河南省民辦高等教育隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟實力的不斷增強一定能夠取得更加輝煌的成就。
[Abstract]:The private higher education in Henan started in the 80s of the last century. After nearly 30 years of development, it has become an indispensable part of higher education in the whole province, which has greatly promoted the development of higher education in the whole province.
Although the private higher education in Henan has made important achievements, there is no denying that there are many problems and difficulties in the development of private higher education in our province. Therefore, it is the main purpose of this study to discuss the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
Starting with the development course of private higher education in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of private higher education in different periods, discusses the historical evolution of private colleges and universities in Henan after the reform and opening up, and takes the K school as a typical model to analyze. In the course of research, according to the development course of the K school, it is fully affirmed that the school is in accordance with the development course of the school. At the same time, the problems encountered in the school are discussed, that is, the misplaced competition of the students, the poor living environment and the problem of the teachers' problems for a long time.
On the basis of the related theories of private higher education, the research results and the full collection of information, this paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis, literature research, comparative analysis and field interview investigation to analyze and discuss the outstanding problems in the development of private colleges and universities in Henan Province, such as the private education regulations and policies. The lack of position, the idea and management of running a school, the low degree of social recognition, the weak teachers, the great pressure of the students, the outstanding contradiction of the graduates' employment and so on, and the reasons for these problems are deeply analyzed.
On the basis of the existing relevant research results and views, combining with the actual situation of the development of private colleges and universities in Henan, this paper puts forward the strategies to solve the problems: perfecting the regulations and regulations of private higher education, renewing the management concept and strengthening the management, establishing the brand consciousness to improve the core competitiveness of the private colleges and improving the teacher's structure and improving the teachers' waiting. The author believes that the private higher education in Henan province will be able to achieve more brilliant achievements with the increasing social and economic strength of our country.
