家庭環(huán)境對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響研究

【摘要】:本文為了探討大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的基本情況及家庭環(huán)境對大學生能力的影響,采用問卷調查法,共收集有效樣本數(shù)據(jù)378份。根據(jù)家庭環(huán)境問卷和大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力問卷收集到的有效數(shù)據(jù),采用描述統(tǒng)計法、相關分析和回歸分析方法,得到以下結果: 1.大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力由創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、人際交往能力、領導能力和創(chuàng)新能力四方面構成。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生整體創(chuàng)業(yè)能力處于中等偏上水平,大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力在性別上存在顯著差異,在年級和專業(yè)上沒有顯著差異。 2.目前大學生家庭環(huán)境在中等偏上水平,大學生家庭環(huán)境不存在性別、年級和專業(yè)方面的顯著差異。 3.大學生家庭硬環(huán)境和家庭軟環(huán)境存在相關性,大學生家庭軟環(huán)境在家庭結構、母親受教育程度、母親職業(yè)類型三個方面沒有顯著性差異,在家庭來源、家庭月收入、父親受教育程度、父親職業(yè)類型四個方面出現(xiàn)了顯著性差異。 4.大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力與家庭硬環(huán)境關系,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力在家庭結構、母親文化程度和母親職業(yè)等方面沒有出現(xiàn)顯著性差異,在家庭來源、家庭月收入、父親受教育程度和父親職業(yè)類型四個方面出現(xiàn)了顯著性差異。 5.家庭軟環(huán)境與大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的關系,發(fā)現(xiàn)家庭環(huán)境中親密性、情感表達、獨立性、知識性、娛樂性在大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力各維度之間存在顯著的正相關,矛盾性與大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力各維度呈負相關,,家庭成功性和控制性與大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力總分之間不存在顯著性相關。 6.通過對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力調查數(shù)據(jù)和大學生家庭環(huán)境調查數(shù)據(jù)進行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)家庭環(huán)境對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的有較高的影響作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the basic situation of college students' entrepreneurial ability and the influence of family environment on college students' ability, a questionnaire survey was used to collect 378 valid sample data. According to the valid data collected by the Family Environment questionnaire and the College students Entrepreneurship ability questionnaire, the following results are obtained by using the method of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis: 1. The entrepreneurial ability of college students consists of four aspects: entrepreneurial consciousness, interpersonal ability, leadership ability and innovation ability. The study found that the overall entrepreneurial ability of college students is in the upper middle level, there are significant differences in the gender of entrepreneurial ability of college students, and there is no significant difference in grade and specialty. 2. At present, the family environment of college students is above the middle level, and there is no significant difference between gender, grade and specialty in the family environment of college students. 3. There is no significant difference between the family hard environment and the family soft environment in the family structure, the mother's education level, the mother's occupation type, the family source, the family monthly income, the family's family soft environment has no significant difference in the family structure, the mother's education level, the mother's occupation type. There were significant differences in four aspects of father's education level and father's occupation type. 4. 4. The relationship between entrepreneurial ability of college students and family hard environment shows that there are no significant differences in family structure, mother's education level and mother's occupation, and there are no significant differences in family origin, family monthly income, etc. There were significant differences in four aspects of father's education level and father's occupation type. 5. 5. The relationship between family soft environment and entrepreneurial ability of college students. It is found that intimacy, emotional expression, independence, knowledge and entertainment in the family environment are significantly positively related to each dimension of college students' entrepreneurial ability. There was no significant correlation between family success and control and the total score of entrepreneurial ability of college students. 6. 6. Based on the regression analysis of the survey data of college students' entrepreneurial ability and the survey data of college students' family environment, it is found that the family environment has a high effect on the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
