【摘要】：應(yīng)用型實(shí)驗(yàn)人才是近幾年高校逐漸重視的人才類型。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,實(shí)踐教學(xué)也逐漸成為各高校重要的教學(xué)模式,應(yīng)用型教師隊(duì)伍對實(shí)踐教學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室教學(xué)等實(shí)操課程的建設(shè)發(fā)展起著關(guān)鍵作用。在當(dāng)今的時(shí)代背景下,我國高校應(yīng)用型實(shí)驗(yàn)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比依然存有差距,因此加強(qiáng)應(yīng)用型實(shí)驗(yàn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Applied type experimental talents are the type of talent that colleges and universities have paid more attention in recent years. With the development of the times, practical teaching has gradually become an important teaching mode in various colleges and universities. The application type teacher team plays a key role in the construction and development of practical courses, such as practical teaching and laboratory teaching. Under the present era, the application type of China's colleges and universities in China There is still a gap between the construction of experimental teachers and developed countries. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of applied experimental teaching staff.
