大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識及其培育研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,科技進(jìn)步日新月異,知識經(jīng)濟(jì)方興未艾,人才競爭正成為國際競爭的核心,加快人才發(fā)展是各國的共同選擇。公民責(zé)任意識是未來社會對人才要求的基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其培育是全球教育的共識。大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識是指大學(xué)生對與其自身角色相適應(yīng)的、符合外在社會規(guī)范預(yù)期的職責(zé)的合理認(rèn)識和評價以及表現(xiàn)在情感和行為中的個性心理品質(zhì),包括大學(xué)生公民自我責(zé)任意識、大學(xué)生公民社會責(zé)任意識、大學(xué)生公民國家責(zé)任意識和大學(xué)生公民世界責(zé)任意識。大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識的培育是提高大學(xué)生個人素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的必由之路;是創(chuàng)新高校德育內(nèi)容,提升高等教育社會價值的有效探索;是構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重要保證。本文對我校文史、理工、藝術(shù)三類學(xué)科四個年級的大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,認(rèn)為部分大學(xué)生對其自身肩負(fù)的公民責(zé)任有一定的認(rèn)知與了解,公民責(zé)任意識呈現(xiàn)出一定的的積極性與自律性。但是,就總體而言,大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識水平還基本處于他律階段,離學(xué)校及社會所要求的積極意義上的公民責(zé)任意識還差一定距離。本文認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識現(xiàn)狀主要受社會、學(xué)校、家庭及大學(xué)生自身四方面原因的影響。其中社會方面主要包括社會多元文化和社會轉(zhuǎn)型兩個方面因素的影響;學(xué)校方面主要受學(xué)校教育及教師言行的影響;家庭方面主要包括家庭教育理念、教養(yǎng)方式及父母言行三個影響因素;大學(xué)生自身心理發(fā)展水平及自我意識水平也是影響大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識現(xiàn)狀的重要內(nèi)部原因。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文對大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識的培育提出了相應(yīng)的對策。家庭是大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識培育的第一環(huán)境,要轉(zhuǎn)變家庭教育理念,樹立“培養(yǎng)孩子成為合格公民”的新教養(yǎng)觀,豐富家庭文化生活,營造民主、平等、尊重、和諧的家庭氛圍,提高家長自身素質(zhì),給孩子樹立責(zé)任公民的榜樣;學(xué)校是大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識培育的主要陣地,要從教育入手,發(fā)揮學(xué)校公民責(zé)任教育的基礎(chǔ)性作用,從校園環(huán)境的優(yōu)化入手,營造大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識培育的良好氛圍;社會是大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任意識培育的重要途徑,應(yīng)該營造以盡責(zé)為榮,不負(fù)責(zé)任為恥的社會輿論環(huán)境,營造民主自由,公平正義的社會制度環(huán)境;大學(xué)生自身要加強(qiáng)自我教育,主動提高公民責(zé)任意識水平。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the knowledge economy is in the ascendant. Talent competition is becoming the core of international competition, and accelerating the development of talents is the common choice of all countries. The consciousness of civic responsibility is the basic standard of the future society for talents, and its cultivation is the consensus of global education. The sense of civic responsibility of college students refers to the reasonable understanding and evaluation of their duties, which are in accordance with their own roles and in line with the expectations of the external social norms, as well as the personality and psychological qualities expressed in their emotions and behaviors. It includes the sense of civic self-responsibility of college students, the consciousness of civil social responsibility of college students, the consciousness of national responsibility of college students and the sense of world responsibility of college students. The cultivation of college students' civic responsibility consciousness is the only way to improve college students' personal quality and realize the all-round development of college students; it is an effective exploration to innovate the content of moral education in colleges and universities and to promote the social value of higher education; it is to build a harmonious socialist society. The realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is an important guarantee. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of the civic responsibility consciousness of the students in the four grades of literature, history, science and engineering and art in our university, and thinks that some college students have certain cognition and understanding of their own civic responsibility. Civic responsibility consciousness presents certain enthusiasm and self-discipline. However, on the whole, the level of college students' civic responsibility consciousness is still in the heteronomy stage, which is still far from the positive sense of civic responsibility consciousness required by the school and the society. This paper holds that the status quo of college students' civic responsibility is mainly influenced by social, school, family and college students themselves. Among them, the social aspect mainly includes two aspects of social multiculturalism and social transformation; the school aspect is mainly influenced by school education and teachers' words and deeds; and the family aspect mainly includes the concept of family education. The level of psychological development and self-awareness of college students are also the important internal reasons that affect the status of civic responsibility of college students. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to cultivate the sense of civic responsibility of college students. Family is the first environment for the cultivation of college students' civic responsibility consciousness. It is necessary to change the concept of family education, set up a new education concept of "training children to become qualified citizens", enrich family cultural life, and create democracy, equality and respect. Harmonious family atmosphere, improving parents' own quality, setting up the example of responsible citizen for children, the school is the main position of cultivating college students' civic responsibility consciousness, we should start with education and give play to the basic role of school civic responsibility education. Starting from the optimization of the campus environment, we should create a good atmosphere for the cultivation of college students' civic responsibility consciousness, the society is an important way to cultivate the college students' civic responsibility consciousness, and we should build a public opinion environment which takes due diligence as pride and irresponsibility as shame. In order to create a democratic and free, fair and just social system environment, college students should strengthen their own self-education and take the initiative to raise the level of civic responsibility.
