【摘要】：高等學(xué)校的根本任務(wù)是人才培養(yǎng),為社會輸送具有綜合素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新型人才是時代賦予高校的神圣使命。當前,高校內(nèi)部邏輯和外部環(huán)境之間的失衡已經(jīng)成為阻礙創(chuàng)新人才成長的桎梏。從高等教育生態(tài)學(xué)的視角出發(fā),綜合分析高等教育的內(nèi)部邏輯體系,合理定位發(fā)展方向,積極營造生態(tài)環(huán)境,構(gòu)建多元化的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)體系,是高等學(xué)校保障創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)可持續(xù)性的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The basic task of colleges and universities is to train talents, and it is the sacred mission of the times to transport innovative talents with comprehensive qualities to the society. At present, the imbalance between internal logic and external environment in colleges and universities has become a shackle that hinders the growth of innovative talents. From the perspective of ecology of higher education, this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal logical system of higher education, reasonably orientates the direction of development, actively builds the ecological environment, and constructs a diversified system of cultivating innovative talents. It is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to guarantee the sustainability of the cultivation of innovative talents.
