【摘要】：正研究方向高等教育學(xué)答辯時間2011年8月學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)是培養(yǎng)科學(xué)家的職業(yè),它本身也擔(dān)負(fù)著高深知識創(chuàng)造的職能,創(chuàng)造高深知識的過程也是學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)產(chǎn)出的過程,學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)成就是學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)產(chǎn)出的表現(xiàn)。學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)成就的高低,關(guān)系到一個國家的學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)競爭力,一所學(xué)校的學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)力,以及學(xué)者追求學(xué)術(shù)聲望與學(xué)術(shù)地位的實現(xiàn)。在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的時代背景下,中國學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展,但在取得巨大成就的同時也面臨著一系列的問題。正視我國學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)成就中存在的問題,探討學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)成就影響因素既是當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)發(fā)展中的一個難點,也是與我國學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)力提高、學(xué)術(shù)人力資源建設(shè)密切相關(guān)的一個重點。
[Abstract]:In August 2011, the academic profession is the profession of cultivating scientists, and it also has the function of creating advanced knowledge, and the process of creating advanced knowledge is also the process of academic professional output. Academic professional achievement is the expression of academic professional output. The academic career achievement is related to the competitiveness of a country's academic profession, the academic productivity of a school, and the pursuit of academic prestige and the realization of academic status by scholars. Under the background of constructing an innovative country, Chinese academic profession has developed rapidly, but it has made great achievements and is facing a series of problems. To face up to the problems existing in the academic career achievement and to probe into the influencing factors of the academic professional achievement are not only a difficult point in the current academic career development, but also a key point closely related to the improvement of academic productivity and the construction of academic human resources in our country.
