【摘要】:高校是根據(jù)自身人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才的搖籃。培養(yǎng)什么樣的人是高校必須要面對(duì)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。所以,按照國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)定,結(jié)合本校實(shí)際,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德、智、體綜合評(píng)價(jià)是每個(gè)高校都要面臨的重要工作。隨著高校在校生人數(shù)的不斷增多,學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)工作量的不斷上升,高校對(duì)學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)的使用要求日益迫切。 首先,介紹了學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)工作的重要意義,指出其中存在的主要問(wèn)題,分析了學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)理論、實(shí)踐的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合中國(guó)環(huán)境管理干部學(xué)院大學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)實(shí)際情況,確定了以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)的、定量與定性相結(jié)合的開(kāi)發(fā)原則。 其次,通過(guò)調(diào)查走訪,查閱資料,結(jié)合中國(guó)環(huán)境管理干部學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和我院學(xué)生實(shí)際特點(diǎn),建立了一個(gè)注重評(píng)前思想教育、加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)、兼顧個(gè)人特長(zhǎng)和整體素質(zhì)、制度規(guī)范合理、措施便于操作的學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,制定了其中的易定量指標(biāo)和不易定量指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),做到了定性分析與定量分析的結(jié)合,,保證了定量分析的有效性和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的客觀性。 再次,確定了本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)的量化方法,對(duì)不易定量的指標(biāo)利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行模糊綜合定量評(píng)價(jià),得到定量結(jié)果,再利用加權(quán)綜合方法,將此結(jié)果與易定量指標(biāo)的量化數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合,得到了一個(gè)衡量學(xué)生素質(zhì)的綜合定量結(jié)果。 最后,以ASP、ACCESS和DreamWeaver為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),開(kāi)發(fā)出了一個(gè)操作簡(jiǎn)單、高效實(shí)用、可信度高的學(xué)生素質(zhì)綜合測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在中國(guó)環(huán)境管理干部學(xué)院投入使用,滿足了相關(guān)人員的實(shí)際需求,運(yùn)行效果良好。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating excellent talents for the country according to their talent training goals. What kind of person to cultivate is a key problem that colleges and universities must face. Therefore, according to the relevant national regulations, combined with the actual situation of the university, comprehensive evaluation of students' morality, intelligence and physical education is an important task that every university has to face. With the increasing number of students in colleges and universities and the increasing workload of comprehensive assessment of students' quality, it is increasingly urgent for colleges and universities to use the comprehensive evaluation system for students' quality. First of all, this paper introduces the significance of the comprehensive assessment of students' quality, points out the main problems, and analyzes the current research situation of the theory and practice of the comprehensive evaluation of students' quality at home and abroad. Combined with the actual situation of comprehensive evaluation of college students' quality in China College of Environmental Management cadres, the development principle of combining quantitative and qualitative development with the guidance of scientific development view is determined. Secondly, by investigating and visiting, consulting data, combining the goal of talent training in China Institute of Environmental Management cadres and the actual characteristics of the students in our college, we have established a pre-evaluation ideological education and strengthened the evaluation of the training process. The secondary evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation of students' quality, which takes into account individual's special strength and overall quality, is reasonable in system and standard, and is easy to operate, and the easy quantitative index and the difficult quantitative index are worked out. The weight coefficients of each index in the index system are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ensures the validity of quantitative analysis and the objectivity of evaluation results. Thirdly, the quantitative method for comprehensive evaluation of the system is determined. The fuzzy comprehensive quantitative evaluation method is used to evaluate the index which is not easy to be quantified, and the quantitative results are obtained, and then the weighted synthesis method is used. By synthesizing this result with the quantitative data of easy quantitative index, a comprehensive quantitative result is obtained to measure the students' quality. Finally, with ASPaccess and DreamWeaver as the development platform, the various functional modules of the system are implemented, and a comprehensive evaluation system of students' quality is developed, which is simple, efficient and practical. The system has been put into use in China Institute of Environmental Management cadres, which meets the actual needs of relevant personnel and works well.
