【摘要】：交往是人們生活中的普遍現(xiàn)象。人具有社會性,任何人的生活和工作都離不開交往,尤其是在當(dāng)今社會、人們的交往面日益擴大,交往的方式多樣化、交往的頻率也日益加快、交往的速度也日益提高,交往的觀念也發(fā)生了很大的變化。交往不是個人的私事,它具有重要的社會性和社會功能,在社會中,人們的交往狀況不僅影響到個人的成長進步、家庭的幸福,而且關(guān)系著社會的穩(wěn)定和和諧發(fā)展。大學(xué)生是祖國發(fā)展的主力軍,他們肩負著祖國的未來,他們正處于掌握各種知識、了解社會、人生觀和價值觀形成的重要時期,這個階段的生活體驗、態(tài)度決定了他們走向社會后的人生觀和價值態(tài)度,如果在這個時期能夠形成良好的交往關(guān)系,對他們走入社會有很大的幫助,有利于社會和諧。 論文的研究思路是：在經(jīng)濟市場化的背景下,將交往理論引入到大學(xué)生的交往研究中,以交往理論的核心思想為指導(dǎo),通過問卷調(diào)查和個人訪談來研究和分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的交往現(xiàn)狀,力求從哲學(xué)、社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)這三個方面綜合分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)的交往現(xiàn)狀,通過對大學(xué)生交往現(xiàn)狀的分析找出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在交往過程中存在的問題,針對存在的問題,以社會的和諧發(fā)展和學(xué)生的健康成長為出發(fā)點,從學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置到加強社會道德文明建設(shè)、從加強課堂的理論知識到個人實踐等方面提出了提高大學(xué)生交往水平的切實可行的措施。文章主要分為四部分： 第一章主要介紹了本文選題的背景、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的思路和方法。 第二章主要論述了交往在哲學(xué)、社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)中的內(nèi)涵,著重論述了交往的哲學(xué)含義,重點從哲學(xué)方面討論了交往的本質(zhì)以及交往對人的發(fā)展的重要性,重點論述了交往與人的本質(zhì)生成的關(guān)系以及交往對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生成長與發(fā)展的重要性。 第三章主要運用了問卷調(diào)查和個人訪談的方法對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生交往中存在的主要問題和敏感問題進行了分析和討論。 第四章主要針對第三章調(diào)查結(jié)果中存在的問題提出解決問題的方法和措施。主要從加強學(xué)生的道德文明建設(shè)、樹立正確的交友觀、學(xué)校注重對學(xué)生加強培訓(xùn)、加強學(xué)生的心理輔導(dǎo)這四個方面來提高學(xué)生的交往能力。
[Abstract]:Communication is a common phenomenon in people's life. People are sociable, and the life and work of anyone can not be separated from communication. Especially in today's society, people's contacts are expanding day by day, the way of communication is diversified, the frequency of communication is accelerating day by day, and the speed of communication is also increasing day by day. The concept of communication has also changed a lot. Communication is not a personal affair. It has important social and social functions. In society, people's communication not only affects the growth and progress of individuals and the happiness of the family, but also relates to the stability and harmonious development of the society. College students are the main force in the development of the motherland. They are shouldering the future of the motherland. They are in an important period of mastering all kinds of knowledge, understanding the society, outlook on life and values. This stage of life experience, Attitude determines their outlook on life and value attitude after they go to the society. If they can form good communication relationship in this period, it will be of great help to them to enter the society and be beneficial to social harmony. The research idea of the thesis is: under the background of economic marketization, the communication theory is introduced into the communication research of college students, guided by the core ideas of the communication theory. Through questionnaires and personal interviews to study and analyze the current situation of college students' communication, and strive to analyze the current situation of communication in contemporary universities from the three aspects of philosophy, sociology and psychology. Through the analysis of the current situation of college students' communication, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of communication of contemporary college students, aiming at the existing problems, taking the harmonious development of society and the healthy growth of students as the starting point. From curriculum setting to strengthening the construction of social moral civilization, this paper puts forward some practical measures to improve the communication level of college students from the aspects of strengthening the theoretical knowledge in the classroom and personal practice. The article is divided into four parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the background of this topic, the domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly discusses the connotation of communication in philosophy, sociology and psychology, focusing on the philosophical meaning of communication, focusing on the essence of communication and the importance of communication to the development of human beings from the philosophical point of view. The relationship between communication and the formation of human nature and the importance of communication to the growth and development of contemporary college students are discussed. The third chapter mainly uses the method of questionnaire and personal interview to analyze and discuss the main problems and sensitive problems in the contemporary college students' communication. The fourth chapter puts forward the methods and measures to solve the problems in the third chapter. Mainly from the four aspects of strengthening the construction of students' moral civilization, establishing a correct concept of making friends, the school pays attention to strengthen the training of students, and strengthen the psychological guidance of students to improve the students' communication ability.
