高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力問題研究

【摘要】:近幾年,我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題已然成為了社會(huì)熱點(diǎn),并引發(fā)了各界的廣泛關(guān)注和討論。其中高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難、用人單位招人難的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾尤為突出。一方面是高校畢業(yè)生對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)供大于求,另一方面更是畢業(yè)生素質(zhì)與市場(chǎng)需求之間存在差距。如何解決兩者之間的不對(duì)稱,幫助更多的高校畢業(yè)生增強(qiáng)就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、更好的就業(yè)成為擺在眾多研究者面前的難題。通過畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力問題的研究為提高畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力解決就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾提供了一個(gè)新的思路。 就業(yè)力是個(gè)體獲得初次就業(yè)、保持就業(yè)以及在必要時(shí)獲得新就業(yè)的能力。對(duì)它的研究起源于歐美,,興盛于20世紀(jì)90年代的人力資源管理領(lǐng)域。我國(guó)就業(yè)力研究起步較晚,至2004年開始出現(xiàn)有關(guān)就業(yè)力的研究文獻(xiàn)。此后論文數(shù)量逐年上升,從側(cè)面反映出就業(yè)力已逐漸成為研究熱點(diǎn)。 本文在眾多文獻(xiàn)查閱和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,配以訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法,構(gòu)建出高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力水平和影響因素模型。將影響因素分為七個(gè)維度,即個(gè)人基本素質(zhì)、思想道德素質(zhì)、科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、能力素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和其他社會(huì)因素。并通過SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析,得出影響高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力水平高低的重要影響因素,并建立起相應(yīng)的回歸模型。 分析表明,個(gè)人基本素質(zhì)方面所學(xué)專業(yè)、學(xué)歷、性格特點(diǎn)等對(duì)就業(yè)力水平存在影響;思想道德素質(zhì)中,勤工儉學(xué)、公益服務(wù)對(duì)就業(yè)力有顯著性影響;科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的解釋度最高為38.9%,影響較大的為英語和計(jì)算機(jī)水平、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、職業(yè)證書等;職業(yè)素養(yǎng)中,參加就業(yè)培訓(xùn)和職業(yè)規(guī)劃對(duì)提升高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力水平影響的解釋度有22.8%;工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)就業(yè)力水平有影響,其中一周和一個(gè)月的影響較大;其他社會(huì)因素中,父母學(xué)歷、獲取就業(yè)渠道、學(xué)校類型均對(duì)就業(yè)力水平影響較大。 針對(duì)分析結(jié)果,提出學(xué)校要注重專業(yè)課教育、職業(yè)規(guī)劃和就業(yè)培訓(xùn),積極組織學(xué)生參加實(shí)踐;學(xué)生要制定適合自身的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,據(jù)此規(guī)劃有步驟提高自身就業(yè)力;用人單位應(yīng)多向?qū)W校反饋用人情況,參與到學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college graduates in China has become a social hot spot, and has aroused widespread concern and discussion from all walks of life. Among them, the employment of college graduates is difficult, and the structural contradiction of employment is particularly prominent. On the one hand, there is a gap between the quality of graduates and market demand. How to solve the asymmetry between the two, to help more college graduates to enhance their employment competitiveness, better employment has become a difficult problem facing many researchers. The research on the employability of graduates provides a new way to improve the employability of graduates to solve the structural contradiction of employment. Employability is the ability of individuals to obtain initial employment, maintain employment and, if necessary, obtain new employment. The research on it originated in Europe and America and flourished in the field of human resource management in 1990's. The research on employability in our country started late, and in 2004, there appeared the literature on employability. Since then, the number of papers has increased year by year, reflecting the employment force has gradually become a research hotspot. On the basis of many references and analysis, this paper constructs a model of the employability level and influencing factors of college graduates with interview method and questionnaire survey method. The influencing factors are divided into seven dimensions, namely, personal basic quality, ideological and moral quality, scientific accomplishment, ability accomplishment, professional accomplishment, work experience and other social factors. Through the analysis of SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the important factors influencing the employability of college graduates are obtained, and the corresponding regression model is established. The analysis shows that the major, education and personality characteristics of one's basic quality have an influence on the employability level, and the work-study and public service have a significant influence on the employability in the ideological and moral quality. The highest degree of interpretation of scientific literacy is 38.9, and the most influential factors are English and computer level, scholarship, vocational certificate, etc. In vocational literacy, the degree of interpretation of the influence of participating in employment training and career planning on improving the employability of college graduates is 22.8. Work experience has an effect on employability level, including one week and one month, other social factors, parents' education, access to employment channels, school type have a greater impact on the employability level. In view of the analysis results, the author puts forward that schools should pay attention to professional education, career planning and employment training, actively organize students to participate in practice, students should formulate career plans suitable for their own, according to which they should improve their employability step by step. The unit of choose and employ persons should give feedback to the school and participate in the training of school talents.
