【摘要】：美國大學(xué)的教師評議會(huì)是與中國大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)和教授委員會(huì)功能相似的組織機(jī)構(gòu)。波士頓學(xué)院曾經(jīng)在1968年創(chuàng)建過"大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)評議會(huì)",但在1979年解散。2000年之后,部分教師積極呼吁恢復(fù)教師評議會(huì),但行政人員對此予以堅(jiān)決否定。通過質(zhì)性研究,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)行政人員、廣大教師和部分AAUP教師對創(chuàng)建教師評議會(huì)持三種不同的看法。透過這三方的觀點(diǎn),我們可以更加深刻地認(rèn)識教師評議會(huì)這一組織機(jī)構(gòu),并借以反思國內(nèi)的學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)和教授委員會(huì)改革。
[Abstract]:The faculty council of American universities is an organization with similar functions to the academic and professorial committees of Chinese universities. Boston College founded the University academic Council in 1968, but was dissolved in 1979. After 2000, some teachers actively called for the restoration of the Senate, but administrators strongly rejected it. Through qualitative research, the author finds that administrators, teachers and some AAUP teachers hold three different views on the establishment of teacher council. Through this tripartite view, we can have a deeper understanding of the teacher's Council as an organization and reflect on the reform of academic and professor committees in China.
