【摘要】:高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù),是指高校思想政治教育工作者采取談心方法與教育對(duì)象進(jìn)行雙向溝通時(shí),為了高質(zhì)高效地實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育目標(biāo)而創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用具有感染力的談心技能和技巧的總和。(陳萬柏.思想政治教育藝術(shù)簡(jiǎn)論.思想教育研究,2010,P18)它根植于廣大高校思想政治教育工作者豐富的談心經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)之上,是對(duì)各種談心技巧與技能的靈活運(yùn)用,具有高度的靈活性、生動(dòng)性、情感性和審美性的特點(diǎn)。高校思想政治教育運(yùn)用談心藝術(shù),可以增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的親切感、感染力、說服力、愉悅性,幫助高校思想政治教育工作者形成特有的談心風(fēng)格與特色。 高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù)具有悠久歷史淵源,毛澤東、鄧小平等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在新民主主義革命和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中,對(duì)通過談心開展思想政治教育作了許多重要闡述和實(shí)踐探索。因此,今天高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù)是對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨思想政治教育優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的繼承發(fā)揚(yáng),同時(shí)也是對(duì)高校思想政治教育談心方法的繼承、發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新。 高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù)以辯證唯物主義與歷史唯物主義為哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),以思想政治教育學(xué)為核心理論來源,以現(xiàn)代心理學(xué)為有力支撐,以藝術(shù)學(xué)、美學(xué)為知識(shí)借鑒,由此構(gòu)成高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù)的理論依據(jù)。 通過問卷調(diào)查,筆者調(diào)研了重慶7所高校思想政治教育運(yùn)用談心藝術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀。調(diào)查顯示,談心方式已被高校思想政治教育工作者廣泛運(yùn)用,談心方法得到高校思想政治教育對(duì)象的高度認(rèn)同,,談心雙方的平等地位得到較好體現(xiàn),談心內(nèi)容的把握較好。但也存在著談心前對(duì)學(xué)生的了解不夠,談心前對(duì)時(shí)機(jī)沒有及時(shí)地把握,談心地點(diǎn)的選擇不是很恰當(dāng),高校思想政治教育工作者在談心時(shí)的態(tài)度有待改進(jìn),高校思想政治教育工作者未能很好地把握好談心的原則、規(guī)律等方面的問題,這需要我們通過對(duì)談心藝術(shù)的研究來加以解決。 一是要以經(jīng)驗(yàn)性與理論性相統(tǒng)一、效用性與審美性相統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范性與創(chuàng)造性相統(tǒng)一、原則性與靈活性相統(tǒng)一為基本原則;二是要以準(zhǔn)備階段(認(rèn)真細(xì)致、知已知彼)、導(dǎo)入階段(循循善誘、親切感人)、轉(zhuǎn)接階段(敞開心扉、以誠(chéng)相待)、結(jié)束階段(打開心結(jié)、心靈相融)為基本步驟;三是以提升高校思想政治教育工作者自身的人格魅力,加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育談心藝術(shù)的社會(huì)推廣與交流為實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。

The method of talking has been highly recognized by the objects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the equal status of both parties has been well reflected, and the content of heart and heart has been well grasped.
