【摘要】：通過對來疆中亞留學生的跨文化適應情況進行調查,發(fā)現(xiàn)該群體跨文化適應過程中社會環(huán)境、個體因素、語言障礙、原有的文化和心理四個方面是造成跨文化適應的主要影響因素。在留學生教育和管理中采取差別管理與趨同管理,利用留學生的社會關系網絡,加強對留學生跨文化支持等方式,將有助于來疆中亞留學生順利實現(xiàn)跨文化適應。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the cross-cultural adaptation of students from Central Asia to Xinjiang, it is found that the social environment, individual factors and language barriers in the process of cross-cultural adaptation of this group. The original four aspects of culture and psychology are the main influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation. In the education and management of foreign students, the adoption of differential management and convergence management, the use of the social network of international students, and the strengthening of cross-cultural support to foreign students, will help students from Central Asia to come to Xinjiang to successfully achieve cross-cultural adaptation.
