【摘要】：在進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),我國(guó)步入加快社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展時(shí)期,黨員干部道德建設(shè)這一問(wèn)題對(duì)于我黨的建設(shè)和國(guó)家的發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)十分重要。加強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè),必須以建設(shè)高素質(zhì)干部隊(duì)伍為關(guān)鍵,其中道德素質(zhì)居于關(guān)鍵的樞紐地位,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨組織和隊(duì)伍的先進(jìn)性、純潔性,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政理論和實(shí)踐的方向性、正確性,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平、執(zhí)政水平以及執(zhí)政能力都將產(chǎn)生根本性的影響。本論文從現(xiàn)階段的世情國(guó)情黨情出發(fā),對(duì)共產(chǎn)黨員道德修養(yǎng)這一課題進(jìn)行了研究,主體包括四個(gè)方面:闡述加強(qiáng)共產(chǎn)黨員干部道德修養(yǎng)的重要性,明確對(duì)本課題進(jìn)行研究的必要性；以論述道德本質(zhì)、特征、內(nèi)容及以社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展所承載的特有道德思想為線索,以縱向闡述中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)從政道德思想及現(xiàn)階段社會(huì)主義道德思想為基礎(chǔ),建構(gòu)綜合道德體系；從縱向與橫向相結(jié)合的角度,尋繹、透析了馬克思主義黨員干部道德素質(zhì)理論的沿革,探討了毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤關(guān)于黨員干部道德素質(zhì)的基本觀點(diǎn)；發(fā)現(xiàn)新形勢(shì)下黨員干部道德建設(shè)的問(wèn)題,分析其存在原因,在總結(jié)歸納重要原則基礎(chǔ)上,找尋到加強(qiáng)黨員干部道德修養(yǎng)的途徑。這對(duì)提高黨員干部整體素質(zhì),保持黨的先進(jìn)性,提高黨的執(zhí)政能力,從而更好的建設(shè)社會(huì)主義,實(shí)現(xiàn)共產(chǎn)主義偉大理想信念具有鮮明的時(shí)代性和實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century , our country is stepping into the process of speeding up the process of socialist modernization . The issue of moral construction of Party members is very important to the construction of the Party and the development of the country .
Based on the discussion of the moral essence , the characteristics , the content and the special moral thought carried by the development of the social history , this paper tries to set up the comprehensive moral system based on the theory of Chinese traditional morality and the socialist moral thought in the present stage .
From the angle of the combination of the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction , the paper analyzes the evolution of the theory of the moral quality of the party members of Marxism , and probes into the basic views of Mao Zedong , Deng Xiaoping , Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao on the moral quality of the Party members .
On the basis of summarizing and summing up the important principles , we find out the ways to strengthen the moral cultivation of the party members . This can improve the overall quality of the Party members , keep the Party ' s progressiveness , and improve the Party ' s ruling ability , thus better building socialism and realizing the great ideals and beliefs of communism .
