【摘要】：針對專業(yè)認證標準中"利益方"所涉及的學校教師、學生、用人單位和行業(yè)本身四個群體,開展了護理學本科專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標構建要素的調查分析。本研究采用問卷調查的方法,結果顯示:最重要的人才培養(yǎng)目標、知識領域、基本能力、基本素質分別是身體心理目標、護理學專業(yè)知識、臨床應用能力、專業(yè)素質。建議在專業(yè)認證背景下,護理學本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標的構建應注重教育觀念更新、課程體系改革,強化學生職業(yè)素質教育、臨床實踐能力培養(yǎng),重視職業(yè)態(tài)度目標表述。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the four groups of school teachers, students, employers and the profession itself, which are involved in the "interest party" in the professional certification standard, the author has carried out an investigation and analysis on the construction elements of the training objectives of undergraduate nursing professionals. The results showed that the most important training goal, knowledge field, basic ability and basic quality were physical and psychological goal, nursing professional knowledge, clinical application ability and professional quality. It is suggested that under the background of professional certification, attention should be paid to the renewal of educational concept, the reform of curriculum system, the strengthening of students' professional quality education, the cultivation of clinical practice ability and the expression of professional attitude goal.
