【摘要】：針對(duì)專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中"利益方"所涉及的學(xué)校教師、學(xué)生、用人單位和行業(yè)本身四個(gè)群體,開(kāi)展了護(hù)理學(xué)本科專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)構(gòu)建要素的調(diào)查分析。本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,結(jié)果顯示:最重要的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、知識(shí)領(lǐng)域、基本能力、基本素質(zhì)分別是身體心理目標(biāo)、護(hù)理學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí)、臨床應(yīng)用能力、專業(yè)素質(zhì)。建議在專業(yè)認(rèn)證背景下,護(hù)理學(xué)本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的構(gòu)建應(yīng)注重教育觀念更新、課程體系改革,強(qiáng)化學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育、臨床實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng),重視職業(yè)態(tài)度目標(biāo)表述。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the four groups of school teachers, students, employers and the profession itself, which are involved in the "interest party" in the professional certification standard, the author has carried out an investigation and analysis on the construction elements of the training objectives of undergraduate nursing professionals. The results showed that the most important training goal, knowledge field, basic ability and basic quality were physical and psychological goal, nursing professional knowledge, clinical application ability and professional quality. It is suggested that under the background of professional certification, attention should be paid to the renewal of educational concept, the reform of curriculum system, the strengthening of students' professional quality education, the cultivation of clinical practice ability and the expression of professional attitude goal.
