【摘要】：通過問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),我國高等教育學(xué)碩士研究生專業(yè)認同度處于中等偏上的水平,專業(yè)認同及其各個維度在年級和學(xué)校層次上存在顯著的差異性,專業(yè)認同問卷內(nèi)部各維度間也是如此。專業(yè)認同受學(xué)習(xí)支持條件、課程與教學(xué)以及就業(yè)因素的影響。因此,高校應(yīng)加強對學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃教育,提高師資水平,完善學(xué)習(xí)條件。
[Abstract]:Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that the degree of professional identity of postgraduates in higher education is at the middle level, and the professional identity and its dimensions have significant differences in grade and school level. The same is true of the internal dimensions of the professional identity questionnaire. Professional identity is influenced by learning support conditions, curriculum and teaching, and employment. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the education of students' career development planning, improve the level of teachers and perfect the learning conditions.
