【摘要】：鑒于知識(shí)管理的價(jià)值和高校教務(wù)管理中尚未引入該管理理念,本文通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)管理的研究,指出引入知識(shí)管理可以解決的部分現(xiàn)有高校教務(wù)管理制度和信息系統(tǒng)中的一些問(wèn)題,確定了知識(shí)管理的實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略。 首先對(duì)教務(wù)管理部門(mén)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行了定義和分類,然后就教務(wù)管理部門(mén)的外部環(huán)境、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)特性進(jìn)行了分析,以明確系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要滿足的任務(wù)要求。通過(guò)分析了當(dāng)前的高校教務(wù)管理模式中進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理的教務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)存在的障礙,確定了高校教務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略的金字塔結(jié)構(gòu)。 接著,還設(shè)計(jì)了知識(shí)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程和教務(wù)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程兩個(gè)方面。之后將知識(shí)管理和教務(wù)管理二者融合起來(lái),實(shí)現(xiàn)教務(wù)管理和知識(shí)管理的一體化。利用業(yè)務(wù)流程本身的理論規(guī)范化基于知識(shí)管理的教務(wù)管理的可操作性。 最后,設(shè)計(jì)出基于知識(shí)管理的高校教務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)一方面吸取了原有高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的軟硬件部署,包括數(shù)據(jù)和信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)成本的最低和速度的最快。另一方面,該系統(tǒng)將知識(shí)管理與原有模塊采用層級(jí)組織方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊共用。 構(gòu)建的新教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在保留現(xiàn)有高校教務(wù)管理制度的剛性基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)加入知識(shí)管理,潤(rùn)滑了原有系統(tǒng),增加了系統(tǒng)的柔性,為當(dāng)前高校教務(wù)管理效率提升做出了有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:In view of the value of knowledge management and the fact that it has not been introduced into the educational administration of colleges and universities, this paper points out some problems in the educational administration system and information system of colleges and universities which can be solved by introducing knowledge management through the study of knowledge management. The implementation strategy of knowledge management is determined. Firstly, the knowledge of educational administration department is defined and classified, and then the external environment, organization structure and business characteristics of educational administration department are analyzed in order to clarify the task requirements to be met by the system design. Based on the analysis of the obstacles in the construction of the educational administration information system in the current educational administration management mode of colleges and universities, the pyramid structure of the implementation strategy of the educational administration information system in colleges and universities is determined. Then, the business process of knowledge management and the business process of educational administration are designed. Knowledge management and educational administration are combined to realize the integration of educational administration and knowledge management. The operation of educational administration based on knowledge management is standardized by the theory of business process itself. Finally, the paper designs the university educational administration information system based on knowledge management. On the one hand, the system absorbs the deployment of hardware and software, including data and information, from the original educational administration management system in colleges and universities, and realizes the lowest development cost and the fastest speed of the system development. On the other hand, knowledge management is shared with the original module by hierarchical organization. On the basis of retaining the rigidity of the existing educational administration management system, the new educational administration system has lubricated the original system, increased the flexibility of the system, and made a beneficial attempt to improve the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities.
