【摘要】：隨著全民健身計劃的深入與和諧社會的構(gòu)建，高校與社區(qū)體育在社會發(fā)展和國民福利中愈發(fā)展現(xiàn)出重要的作用。然而在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下，高校體育資源利用不合理、社區(qū)體育資源配置不足的現(xiàn)象仍然普遍存在，如何有效、合理地利用體育資源，使之發(fā)揮最大效益是目前高校與社區(qū)體育所面臨的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn)。 為了更好地實施全民健身計劃，進(jìn)一步推動群眾體育發(fā)展的進(jìn)程，本研究以上海市高校周邊社區(qū)體育為研究對象，采用實地考察、問卷調(diào)查等研究方法，深入實際對上海市高校周邊社區(qū)共享高校體育資源的實際狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析，研究結(jié)果表明：高校周邊社區(qū)與高校的聯(lián)系渠道不多，缺少專門的組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)和指導(dǎo)人員方面的共享，高校體育人才資源的作用未充分發(fā)揮；高校周邊的社區(qū)，在體育場地、體育人力資源等方面與高校存在著共享的可能，多數(shù)高校體育場館設(shè)施對周邊社區(qū)無償開放的是田徑場、籃球場、足球場，有償開放的是羽毛球館、游泳館、網(wǎng)球館；在校師生的安全、場地?fù)p壞和鍛煉者意外傷害事故，成為制約高校體育場館資源對外開放的主要因素，沒有體育場地、沒人指導(dǎo)和沒時間成了限制社區(qū)體育發(fā)展的主要因素；信息交流是高校與社區(qū)溝通互動的一個薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，突出表現(xiàn)為體育信息的宣傳形式單一、信息內(nèi)容有限和宣傳人員素質(zhì)參差不齊，限制了高校體育與社區(qū)體育的有效交流和互動。 鑒于此，本研究針對上海市高校周邊社區(qū)共享高校體育資源存在的問題提出的對策是：統(tǒng)一思想，建立組織機(jī)構(gòu)；健全制度體系，加強信息交流；搭建高校與社區(qū)共享體育資源的平臺；壯大社區(qū)體育志愿者隊伍；發(fā)揮高�？蒲袃�(yōu)勢，，惠及社區(qū)體育；整合和開發(fā)體育場館資源。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the national fitness program and the construction of a harmonious society, college and community sports play an increasingly important role in social development and national welfare. However, under the current economic background, the phenomenon of unreasonable utilization of sports resources in colleges and universities and insufficient allocation of sports resources in the community are still widespread, so how to utilize sports resources effectively and reasonably, It is the realistic challenge that colleges and universities and community sports face to make the greatest benefit. In order to better implement the national fitness program and further promote the development of mass sports, this study takes community sports around Shanghai's colleges and universities as the research object, using field investigation, questionnaire survey and other research methods. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the actual situation of sharing university sports resources among the surrounding communities in Shanghai. The results show that there are not many channels of communication between the surrounding communities of colleges and universities. Lack of special organization and management organizations and guidance personnel sharing, the role of university sports talent resources has not been fully brought into play, the community around colleges and universities, in sports venues, sports human resources and other aspects of the possibility of sharing with colleges and universities, Most sports venues and facilities in colleges and universities are open for free to the surrounding communities, such as track and field, basketball court, football field, and paid open badminton, swimming and tennis pavilions; safety of teachers and students, site damage and accidental injury of exercisers, It has become the main factor that restricts the opening up of sports stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities. No sports venues, no guidance and no time have become the main factors restricting the development of community sports. Information exchange is a weak link in the interaction between universities and communities. The outstanding manifestation is that the propaganda form of sports information is single, the information content is limited and the quality of propagandists is uneven, which limits the effective communication and interaction between college sports and community sports. In view of this, the countermeasures of this study are: unifying thought, establishing organization, perfecting system, strengthening information exchange, aiming at the problems existing in the sharing of sports resources in the surrounding communities of Shanghai colleges and universities. To build a platform for the sharing of sports resources between universities and communities; to strengthen the team of community sports volunteers; to give play to the advantages of scientific research in colleges and universities, to benefit community sports; to integrate and develop sports venues and stadiums resources.
