【摘要】：目的采用國家"十五"攻關(guān)課題組所開發(fā)的"國人缺血性心血管病10年發(fā)病危險(xiǎn)評估方法"對高校女教師未來10年發(fā)生心血管事件的絕對危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行評估,旨在檢出高危個(gè)體,對其實(shí)施重點(diǎn)預(yù)防,對于高校教師達(dá)到最大的健康效果具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。方法選取西安市2010年來我院教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行健康查體的年齡在35～59歲的高校女教師126名為研究對象,按每五年一個(gè)年齡組進(jìn)行分組,采用上述方法對體檢資料進(jìn)行分析評價(jià),將各危險(xiǎn)因素分層評分求和查表即得所對應(yīng)的10年發(fā)生ICVD(ischemic-cardiovascular diseases,ICVD)的絕對危險(xiǎn)。結(jié)果 (1)除HDL-C均值為1.25略低于1.29 mmol/L外,血壓、TC、TG、腰圍、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、空腹血糖等危險(xiǎn)因素均值都在正常范圍。(2)所有教師10年發(fā)生缺血性心血管事件的絕對危險(xiǎn)均≤5%,為極低危。(3)被檢出的MS人群與非MS人群10年發(fā)生缺血性心血管事件絕對危險(xiǎn)度比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。(4)與35～39歲年齡組比較,40～44歲/45～49歲年齡組10年發(fā)生心血管事件絕對危險(xiǎn)度平均水平均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),55～59歲年齡組與之有顯著性差異(P0.05),而50～54歲年齡組與之比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。40～44歲/45～49歲年齡組與55～59歲年齡組比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05)。余各組間比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 (1)受測評的高校女教師缺血性心血管事件10年發(fā)病危險(xiǎn)度為極低危,推測可能與受試者均無吸煙這一危險(xiǎn)因素,大多數(shù)年齡偏輕并具備職業(yè)運(yùn)動特點(diǎn)有關(guān)。(2)與非MS人群相比,MS人群心血管事件危險(xiǎn)性顯著增加。因此,早期識別、診斷MS,有助于早期干預(yù)和遏制心血管疾病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the absolute risk of cardiovascular events among female college teachers in the next 10 years by using the "Ten years risk Assessment method of Ischemic Cardiovascular Disease" developed by the National Tenth Five-Year study Group, in order to detect the individuals at high risk. It is of practical significance for college teachers to achieve the maximum health effect by implementing the key prevention. Methods 126 female college teachers, aged 35 to 59, who came to our experimental teaching hospital in 2010 for health check-up were selected as the research objects. They were divided into five groups according to one age group every five years, and the physical examination data were analyzed and evaluated by the above methods. The absolute risk of ICVD- ischemia-cardiovascular disease (ICVD) in 10 years was obtained by summing up the risk factors. Results (1) except for HDL-C (1.25 < 1.29 mmol / L), blood pressure, TCU TG, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI), The mean value of fasting blood glucose and other risk factors were within the normal range. 2) all teachers had an absolute risk of ischemic cardiovascular events in 10 years.
