【摘要】：在新世紀，綜合國力成為各國競爭的核心因素。這其中的關(guān)鍵是人才，決定人才優(yōu)劣的首要條件是人的素質(zhì)。而思想道德素質(zhì)是個人素質(zhì)中的靈魂。思想道德素質(zhì)對人的文化素質(zhì)、專業(yè)技能素質(zhì)、身體心理素質(zhì)有著引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督的作用。大學(xué)生是祖國的未來、民族的希望，是社會主義建設(shè)的接班人，其思想道德素質(zhì)的高低不僅關(guān)系著個人發(fā)展還關(guān)系到祖國的未來，民族的命運。社會是一個不斷變革和發(fā)展的過程，大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)受社會環(huán)境影響，也是一個不斷變化發(fā)展的過程，在不同的時期表現(xiàn)出不同的特點。 本文采用文獻分析、史論結(jié)合的方法，在整理大量歷史文獻的基礎(chǔ)上，分析建國后不同時期影響大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的因素，概括不同時期大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的表現(xiàn)特征，力圖總結(jié)出建國以來大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)變遷的特征、經(jīng)驗及啟示。 本論文分為六章。第一章介紹了課題的研究目的、意義和研究內(nèi)容，研究思路和方法以及相關(guān)概念。第二章敘述了建國后（1949-1978）影響大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的因素：新生政權(quán)面臨的嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)，國家對高校思想政治教育的重視。并挖掘了這個期間大學(xué)生強烈的愛國主義責(zé)任感、高度的政治覺悟、高尚的社會主義道德水平及高漲的政治熱情等特點。最后對這個時期大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的優(yōu)點與局限性進行了一些評述。第三章介紹了改革開放后（1978-2000）影響大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)特點主要因素：改革開放后我國社會的變化及改革開放對我國社會的沖擊。這個時期大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的表現(xiàn)主要有個人思想中權(quán)威思想的遞減、自我意識的覺醒、理想信念的搖擺等。把這個時期大學(xué)生劃分為“文革”中出生的一代和“文革”后出生的一代，并分別對其思想道德素質(zhì)的優(yōu)缺點進行了評述。第四章指出了新世紀以來影響大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的國內(nèi)外因素：全球化進程的加快、市場經(jīng)濟的深入發(fā)展、社會主義榮辱觀和價值觀的弘揚。這個時期大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的特點包括積極向上務(wù)實進取的人生觀、繼續(xù)保持了濃厚的政治熱情。并指出了這時期大學(xué)生思想上存在的一些問題。第五章在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上，概括出了大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的變遷特征、變遷經(jīng)驗和變遷啟示。變遷特征：變遷的主題，始終圍繞社會和時代發(fā)展的主線；變遷的取向，始終和國家主流價值取向保持一致。變遷的經(jīng)驗：經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的決定作用，思想政治工作的引領(lǐng)作用，健康文化的滲透作用。變遷的啟示：培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀、深化高校思想政治理論課的改革、注重榜樣教育的重要性。第六章是論文總結(jié)部分，，總結(jié)文章結(jié)論并對課題研究前景進行展望。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the comprehensive national strength has become the core factor of the competition in all countries. The key to this is the talent. The first condition is the quality of the person. The ideological and moral quality is the soul in the individual quality. The ideological and moral quality has the role of guiding and supervising the people's cultural quality, professional skills and physical quality. Life is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation is the successor of the socialist construction. Its ideological and moral quality is not only related to the personal development but also to the future of the motherland and the fate of the nation. The society is a process of continuous transformation and development, and the ideological and moral quality of college students is influenced by the social environment, and is also a constant change. The process of exhibition shows different characteristics at different times.
On the basis of a large number of historical documents, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the ideological and moral quality of college students in different periods after the founding of the people's Republic, and summarizes the characteristics of the ideological and moral quality of college students in different periods, and tries to sum up the characteristics of the changes in the ideological and moral quality of college students since the founding of the people's Republic. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose, significance and content of the research, research ideas and methods as well as the related concepts. The fourth chapter points out the domestic and foreign factors affecting the ideological and moral quality of the college students since the new century: the acceleration of the process of globalization, the deep development of the market economy, the development of the socialist outlook on honor and disgrace and the development of values. The characteristics of the ideological and moral qualities of the university students in the period include a positive and pragmatic outlook on life, and continue to maintain a strong political enthusiasm. And points out some problems existing in college students' thought in this period. On the basis of the summary of the full text, the fifth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the changes in the quality of the ideological and moral qualities of the college students, the experience and the change of change.
